If you had employees that cared that would help. Perhaps pay more?!!? Chairs and tables dirty - trash completely over flowing outside. Why not make this business better?? The yogurt was good. You have a great product !! Don’t ruin it with trashy looks and bad help. As you can see no help anywhere. back today April 30th still a train wreck
Delicious.? I love the Georgia Peach, Pineapple, and Sweet Coconut.I kind of wish they had wiped down the handles and tables more often, but in fairness it was busy and there were only two people working.We went on a Friday night and it was busy, but there wasn't much of a wait and there were plenty of tables.
I just wanted to come on here and say that this little frozen yogurt place has got it all together. From the organization, to the flavors, to the staff. I want to say thank you to one specific employee, Aidyn. Truly the nicest worker I have had the pleasure of meeting so far. My kids always love coming here after baseball. Go try it!
Had an awesome experience! I tried a few different flavors, they had a BUNCH of toppings, and customer service was fantastic!Shout out to Aidyn who had to deal with a super entitled Karen of a human right before me. Nailed the professional courtesy and was polite through the entire exchange. She needs a raise!P.s. you gotta try the coconut flavor when it's in season, it's the bomb!
Not a good look sweetfrog. Almost every machine had molded icecream crusted around the spout. Disgusting!!
The location was clean and had a good flow. I enjoyed my yogurt and toppings.
We usually love sweet frog but this one was not great. The machines looked like they needed to be cleaned and the toppings bar was messy and mostly empty. It looked very chaotic. The person who waited on us didn’t speak to us until we were ready to be rung up. It just wasn’t a very welcoming environment. We will not be returning to this location. It was just really disappointing.
I ordered the boba tea and the syrup and bubble tea were off tasting. The bubble pearls had a weird texture and was not made from tapioca. It had more of a gelatinous texture instead of chewy and soft. Was very dissapointed
I love sweet frog so much the experience is amazing and Jaria helped me out so much !! She greeted me and opened me with welcoming arms, the ice cream was also great!!! Please go to this sweet frog it’s the best one in the county!
I’m a very big fan of sweet frog. It has such a warm atmosphere and friendly workers. Jaria is a perfect example of this. She was so helpful and very patient. She’s a hard worker.
