I ordered two salads online. Went to pick them up- they were ready. Unfortunately (I should have known better), I did not check the salads before I left the Subway and was too far away too turn around when I noticed that both salads were missing double orders of chicken. I called the restaurant, they took my name & number and told me they would give me a refund. I then had to follow up twice more, and both times they said someone would call me back to take care of it. We are over 10 days after the sale and nothing has been refunded. Just check your online orders!
The two young folks at the counter last night were spot-on, attentive, and professional. My sandwich was delicious.

I checked my receipt when I got home and noticed they charged me for a bag of chips I never ordered
Everyone was so sweet and friendly! The sandwiches were made well and the restaurant was very clean.
lady that works at this location has a terrible attitude is constantly yelling at her coworkers and makes me feel rushed or like a burden for ordering. Didn’t have a good customer experience today 1:47pm- may 2nd.

If I could give it a 0 star I would one person working was in line she made 2 sandwich’s for the guy in front of me took her literally 1 hour !!! Then 45 mins to make my sandwich i felt very threatened because she was on the phone with someone talking about isis and rocket launchers and ak47s thats why it took her so long to make 3 sandwich’s ... sad we have these towel heads in America
Subway was excellent. Got a six inch turkey club with bacon. Added all my favorite toppings. Ate it all. Must admit I hadn't eaten all day. Going back soon.
Greatest customer service experience everytime i walk in
