I attempted to place two orders for sub sandwiches at Subway on jonestown road in winston-salem. After five or six times of the system telling me they don't have yellow peppers, they don't have red onions, they don't have real regular mayonnaise, they didn't seem to have anything that I wanted they even said they couldn't toast the bread. Very humorous. So finally I decided to go to TJ's on country club road and talk to somebody who cared about their customers.
Service is always so friendly here and their meatballs are NEVER burnt. I’ve been to this location a lot and it has never failed me yet!
Call dad the gentleman working was amazing and very big asset super friendly very knowledgeable Navy experience great have been the subway in a long time glad I visited today I will be back

I ordered from the website the Draypolte steak and cheese sub with peppers, onions, southwest chipotle sauce from the 329 Jonestown rd, Winston salem.I picked up the order and had received only a steak sub with no toppings. No cheese or any of the toppings that were advertised.I suppose this is why it's best to order in store at subway

I realize that closing time is 7:00, but to actually lock the doors ten minutes till, with the open sign still on. Come on!!!! Not good business.
