Great experience all together. I wasn't sure what I wanted because they were out of my favorite drink, but the barista that took my order was SO helpful in making my decision on what to get. Not to mention the fast service.
Probably the worst starbucks I've been to. Out of everything we tried to order then it wasn't good. I know the guy making drinks was new but still disappointed
There was a very long line for drive thru however the coffee was very good and exactly as ordered.
the shop was clean & staff were super friendly, especially the barista named Turner who was kind, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond. my drink was ok - it was a new menu item and i didn’t realize it comes standard with blonde espresso as opposed to signature. next time i will order with signature espresso and i think i will like it better! the a/c did appear to be out while i was there, and while it wasn’t too bad in the shop for customers since we’re not in the thick of summer heat yet, i felt bad for the workers who i’m sure were much warmer behind the bar.
This store has amazing and friendly baristas and staff. They go out of their way to make your coffee perfect.
Have come to this location multiple times throughout the last year with nothing but disappointment.You will wait, on average about 25-30 minutes for your drink every single time, regardless of the line or if they are fully staffed. What’s even more surprising is there are reviews from over a year ago with the same issue. You’ll be better off going to another location.
Made my drink pretty, yummy! Don't get that much anymore
It appeared the car in front of me added several items at the pickup window which caused me to sit behind them for 320 minutes. My frozen drink was watery when I finally got it. They should have been parked so others could get their items.
Hanes mall Blvd has the quickest service .. walked in and 3 min later I’m walking out . Drive thru packed and about 10 customers inside .. it was a busy place but their staff knew how to handle the hustle
