This Starbucks is less than 5 minutes from my house. I'm not going back! Michelle is the absolute worse. At this point I can't trust them to make my order because she has given me the impression that she'll tamper with someone's food. She rude,confrontational and unprofessional. She dropped my food from my mobile over because she was talking oh the phone and not paying attention. She intentionally makes my drink undeniable if I order a frap(I know this because everyone else's are similar consistency when made by others and she ll bring it to the window when she not working the window). Somehow my breakfast item is soggy when she makes it. She's a poison to the other staff.

Asked for the panini they had available that was chicken and bacon. I assumed it would have flavor and or condiments and or cheese or veggies. Nope. I couldn’t even finish it. Staff was nice as usual but starbucks is going to be hurting when Panera opens. $7 for this? And I had to eat some of it I was very hungry. Starbucks needs to up the quality of the food for their locations.
Their hours suck! They were closed at 7:15 today. What is the problem with that store?

Got to love the coffee. The reward stars are great! Most if the drive thru employees know me by name & some know it's me when I order a venti Americano with a extra shot & cream. Love it!!
