Today was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order at 7:30 and my pick up time was 7:43. At 7:44 I pulled up to the drove thru window and a minite later the drive thru worker asked how she could help. I told her I was picking up a order for ******* and she said ok. At 7:52. She asked if we were picking up a mobile order....to which we replied yes.....and 5 mins later we were handed 3 frappachinos which were all disgusting, our drinks were made wrong, with whip on one who asked for none and the whip on mine was all melted and nasty. So we went back and asked them to remake the drinks and while the girl who took them from me to remake them did apologize, they remade them but still made one completely wrong. So after driving out of ny way to go to what had always been a good Starbucks location, I wasted almost an hour of my time, $16 of my money and still dont have a java chip frappachino to drink.
The mocha was excellent but way overpriced. I do not understand the minimal price difference between sizes. The server was very friendly and funny.
Visited T-mobil. Not Starbucks.. I wish I had gone to Walmart first. The phone I got was 100.00 less at Walmart. Same phone, so if you need new phone Go To Walmart 1st.
It was okay hot coffee, no visual problem, clean. Nice location what I love about this location is that in the summer time on a completely clear one can Stan in front of this business and look straight down reynolda rd. As far a the eye can looking up and see the tip of pilot mountain, at least I can!8
Im so hooked on dragon fruit an Mango refresher, Im literally going 2 times a day! And the ham an swiss panini or croissant omg! I thought they were out my league an only sold high end coffee!!!! Wrong! Im a fanatic

I never usually never have a problem with this starbucks but today I felt so invisible I stand in line waiting to be acknowledged that I had a Uber delivery but everyone that walked in after I arrive gets acknowledged I have never felt so invisible I even tried to get one of the employees attention and she blew me off and she spoke with white lady that walked in after me they also had my customers drink not packeged at all and setting cold I stood in this place for 20 min before someone finally sees me and then she bagged the customer drink and gave it to me with the biggest attitude I felt really they need a better customer service trainning if they had any at all
I was with my Grandchildren (adults) as they drove up to make their order. We stayed in the vehicle the entire time for the transaction. I don't know if you can enter the building or if wheelchair accommodation is available. I know this site is always busy. I frequently shop at Harris Teeter and the line is backed with cars. The product HAS to be GOOD! The sign for ordering shows other things can be ordered. I base my answers on what my family says as well as the cars willing to wait for service.
My wife loves the sandwich that has spinach don't know the name but it's pretty good.
After waiting in line I get to the front and they tell me they cannot in any way make change for a 50 which is all I had on me with intentions of getting gas and coffee on the way to work. So I had to leave without coffee, I felt embarrassed. there's not 44 dollars somewhere in any of the drawers?
