Most of food was really good. Staff were very nice and prompt.
I’ve been to this Sonic location a number of times and have had a poor service experience on each visit. If your order gets taken from one of the kiosks, it is unlikely to ever be brought to you. The last few visits I have made I have had to go inside and ask for the order. The inside dining area is disheveled and represents the quality of the service I’ve come to expect at this location.
My daughter ordered a large strawberry cheesecake shake an was given a medium an was charges for a large an there are a lot of places that don't believe in giving receipts to customers to have proof I know it's medium because I brought a large the day before this why I don't go back to a business that don't believe their customers. The shakes doesn't taste like it has cheesecake in it.. I will not go back there will find another place to buy. And they don't answer phones either.
The worst. Don't do it. If you were here Easter Sunday and ordered a sandwich around 8pm, your food was coughed on. I watched the guy fixing orders cough into his hand then reach for the buns and started making your sandwich. No gloves, no tongs no sanitizer. That's when I politely returned my food. I had to go in because the fries I waited on came out cold burnt and old.
I got food poisoning from this location. I had onion rings and tater tots and jumbo popcorn chicken. And no one answers the phone number listed.
Have come to this location twice in the past month. On both occasions no one answered the drive thru or pull ins. I even pulled up to the window to see if there was a problem with speakers and both times watched as the employees stuck to the back of the store and didn't acknowledge me besides a quick glance.
Horrible service, food was ok. Had to ask for all of my order. Bought 25.00 worth of food in the drive thru and was missing 4 items. Cashier argued with me and then told us to pull up and wait. We waited another 10 minutes to receive missing items. Would not recommend. Go somewhere else.
Ordered my food around 9pm, food was fast. Onion Rings are great, Fritos Chili Burrito was good, coney dog seemed like the chili was a little bit burnt and the Ched'r Peppers we're way too well done. Tasted like the Ched'r Peppers we're re-cooked in fryer and a bit overcooked dried out.
My child received a coupon for a free mini sonic blizzard and it didn’t expire until December 2022 yet we went today November 2021 and they said that location was not accepting the coupon because they have had too many already. Don’t pretend to support the community and give away free coupons and then not actually allow us to use them. I will never shop here again and I’m hoping that anyone that reads this won’t go here as well
This place is a hit or miss, one time I went they had no meat. They almost always forget to add bacon to my sandwiches that I pay to add or that comes on the sandwich. My last visit was good everything was right and they had meat and the line moved at a good pace for how busy it was
