My family of 50 had a party there, Jenny was our server and she was an absolute amazing server the best service we have ever had. She was quick, attentive on top of everything. She knew the menu and what to suggest and made sure everyone was taking care of. Her sweet kindness attitude will go far with her. I know large parties can be very overwhelming but she never once showed that. I hope the manager/owners take the time to acknowledge this review and see how wonderful their employee is. Way to go Jenny again! We will be back!
The food was great. Our party of five sat outside in the outdoor dining area. Unfortunately the outdoor dining area is also the smoking area. We didn't realize that until we got a table and we're being served our dinner when two guys from the bar came out and stood about 10 feet from our table smoking. Since no one at our table smokes, it was a nuisance and kind of put a damper on our spirits. Seen the outdoor dining area from the road when we were pulling into the parking lot and thought hey it's nice outside be great to sit out there. And we asked the hostess if we could sit on the patio nobody said anything about it being a smoking area. While the food was good, we were disappointed that no one said anything that the patio was for smokers.
Been coming for months and always getting the chicken skewers! Absolutely love them and the amount of food you get for the value is great. This week they started charging over a dollar for extra sauce no matter what item you get. Not including the 2.75% fee they incurred recently as well for using a credit or debit card. Definitely won’t be coming here as much. Too bad! Anything for an extra buck.
Service was good. Most of the food was good. My fetticini Alfredo was not so goodThe Alfredo sauce was like water and had no body. I ordered some on the side thinking it might be the noodles were not drained well but not the case side order was thin also. But the others In my party were pleased and service made up for my plate. There were 11 at the table and waiter was good. I would go back but not order the same meal.
The food was ok. We didn't think it was anything special. We went here because we had people tell us they were great. And sadly I didn't think so. Maybe it was just that location. Don't think I'll ever go back. My food was pretty oil soaked especially my fries. They basically looked like the leftovers that had sat in the oil for hours before being reheat. My husband's pizza look fine but again wasn't spectacular. Our waitress was very nice and so was the hostess.
My husband and I ate a late lunch here today. We were excited after reading their menu on line. Our waitress, Caitlin, was very polite and did a great job, wish I could say the same of our food. I ordered a half Classic Club with a bowl of Loaded Potato Soup. My husband order a chopped steak covered with crisp fried onion straws, mixed veggies and a salad. His steak reeked of natural gas fumes, oversteamed veggies and the onions were cold and soggy. The salad was decent. My sandwich was totally constructed to where you couldn't eat it without sliding apart. My soup was so floury and served lukewarm. I know we won't return again.
Nothing too special. Had a long wait, but when we were seated, there were lots of open tables. Must be low on staff members. I don’t think I would go back because I was not impressed. Best part was the onion ring type appetizer.
Bartender was not interested in attending to us. We sat ourselves down and was ignored for 10 minutes. I had to go to the host for a menu. When the Bartender finally glanced our way, I was able to ask for a towel to wipe down our area. She took her time returning. She started to attend quickly to others that sat themselves down - way after us. I was puzzled. After that, I realized where this was going. She was not interested in helping us.I asked the host for the manager. I explained to him. He apologized and took our order.Her name is Natalie.I am puzzled on why she was ignoring us. The only thing different about me and others that sat themselves at the counter - I was the only Hispanic there.Not okay. She was unfriendly the remaining time I was there.FYI, the food was excellent and it came out on time. I typically go the Kernersville location and will return but I likely won't sit at the bar counter if Natalie is serving. She shows biased behavior. Concerning.
Fries were cold had to ask for fresh but waitress said she thought something was off qith the fries lol. Had 2 ladies having lunch with me their food was messed up. Was disappointed this time around. Hopefully next trip will be better. Eat there quite often so only had 1 bad meal.
One if best trips here to the Winston Salem in quite awhile. Tonight was great! Food on point and had the best service ever. Dominique was the best waiter we've ever experienced here! He was definitely on point! Hopefully he is there when we return! He is the biggest reason for the 5stars tonight!
