I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say upon my return to this location, I really must say the food has really changed for the better. The last time I was here was when Miyako was still I business. Upon my return I realized the business has changed. The staff was super friendly, food was beyond my expectation and the sushi was still as good as ever! We will be stopping by once a week now.
My go to place for Togo, sushi is great, the hibachi won’t disappoint, waited a few minutes they even offered me a free drink while waiting, will be going back soon ?
If there was a 0 review then that would definitely be a my pick 100% the world’s worst restaurant in customer service and just really rude and so slow not one person in the place eating and took 40 mins to make 2 sushi rolls and hibachi shrimp!!!!!!!!!! GO TO CLEMMONS TO GET SHIKIS NOT WINSTON
I was a little unsure about this place since it changed ownership, but after visiting for the second time, I'm pleased! The sushi selection is smaller compared to the previous ownership, but it is still good. The nigiri portions are generous and you can ask to have rolls deep fried for an extra dollar. I can't speak for the hibachi, as I only ever get sushi here, but I'm happy with it. The waitstaff has been very kind and hospitable both times, as well. I'd go back just because the server was so nice.
Best Japanese food ever! Vegetables where fresh and cooked to perfection. We live really close to this restaurant so we will be eating there again. Customer service is the best! Never had a bad experience!
I love this place. Small and clean with great food. I got the dinner for two with shrimp steak chicken and scallops. It comes with soup and salad. They are fast and friendly. I sometimes order to go and it's still hot when I get home. They have great prices and the vegetable tempura is amazing. Great restaurant for the family. Highly recommend.
Delicious! My husband Pete and I tried many different sushi’s and all were amazing! My favorite was the Hurricane roll. Cannot recommend enough!
Shikis is great. This is the second time we have ate here. Both times, the food was great and the portions were big enough to fill you up and/or take some home. Steak and chicken were tender. Shrimp tasted fresh and sushi was great also. Come try it out for yourself.
Called in an order on Friday night, 30 minutes later I get there to pick up to find out the order never got put in. I was super disappointed, I had my young children with me and couldn't wait even longer for my order. I was sad I never got my sushi but the response wasn't bad and she offered to have it made while I wait. I'll give them another try hopefully better service next time.
The experience was ok. We are used to going to another Shiki in Clemmons and wanted to give this location a try. The service was ok with only a couple of awkward moments to come to mind. The location was clean and had a sushi bar atmosphere. The food was made as ordered but just seemed to lack flavor and the vegetables didn't seem to be completely steamed. However, it was still decent. If you live in the area and would like some Japanese cuisine that won't break the bank like a Japanese steakhouse will I would still give them a try.
