The food is good I ordered double chicken and shrimp with rice and veggies. I was not given a double portion. I spoke up and the guy was like ok next. Ask for your double portion on the side they cheat you and keep your money
We both found the chicken to be disgusting and even worse looking. The egg rolls were very very burnt. The rice was the only part we found edible.
It’s ok.. shrimp taste artificial/vegan lol, maybe it’s just me but it reminds me of the shrimps from packaged noodles.
You better look at your receipts. I was charged for four white sauces when I only received two. I was also charged for three drinks when I received two. I was also unaware that they charge for the meal and then charge extra for the noodles and rice. Charging for the sauce, noodles/rice, no refills on drinks, just not worth the cost. Go to a Japanese steakhouse...same price...more food...fresher. Ridiculous. I will not be back.

i am a employee at the mall so on my break i got to the food court to eat. it’s a lady that works here and she had terrible costumer service, very rude and always seems to have an attitude
Not very nice people that work there.
Poor the really have poor customer service and are more inclined to factory line the meals on an assembly and think everyone wants same thing. When order is wrong you don't get same amount of food and are shorted for the error in the corrected meal. Last time coming here ever!!!!
Sarku is reliable and this branch is standard Sarku fare. The teriyaki chicken is flavorful and made to order.
