Server took a long time to check on us. Me and another customer had to get up to find help. Also brought out cold dip twice and it was not to busy. The server was nice but there was to much wrong for her kindness to cover it up. The burger was ok and could not enjoy the fries to much because I had to wait for the sauce she forgot and again the dip was cold. I won't be going back if that is how it is when it's not busy. I see why every other place was packed (Texas RH, Olive garden, Chile's, and Applebee's) and it was calm. Maybe the wait would have been worth it
The To-go service was great. Listened to our customizations and extra sauce requests, and the burgers and food were fresh. I give this location a good review based solely on that.Inside service leaves a little to be desired.
Two times in a row kitchen can’t get my sandwich order tight on Saturday night. Last time they had already taken down the ice cream machine before 9 PM so I could not get a milkshake.
The last 2 times I was there the service was lousy. I understand with covid most restaurants are having trouble staying fully staffed. So, we really need to be understanding of what the service industry is going through. I went there tonight and the staff was very rude. I was told the wait was 30 minutes. I didn't really hear what the host said, so I asked did you say 30 minutes. One of the waitresses responded for him very condescending, yes 30 minutes. Obviously Red Robin doesn't need my business.
Damon ( Big Red) helped me over the phone, and he was seriously the best. Possibly the first five stars I have ever given a place for friendly service over the phone! Give that man a raise and promotion!
great service and overall experience. everything was a little slow but once it did it was excellent. you could tell they were understaffed but struggling and trying like hell not to show it.people behind us walked out on their bill and you almost couldn't tell. they pushed forward pretty well. couldn't tell you are servers name but she was bartending as well. props to her.
Why am I eating so many burgers lately... ok great tasting whiskey river BBQ burger. My son loves the ranch with his fries. Good food and service :)
Delicious burgers, fries and salad. Great discount too since they generously cover a birthday burger meal.
Strawberry lemonade was ON POINT. Burger tasted great. French fries crispy. Good service. Could have been a little cleaner.
I've not been to a Red Robin in years and was pleasantly surprised by this location. The food was good and the service was great. Our pint glasses had not been refrigerated so the beer cooled quickly, other then this it was an enjoyableexperience. I will difenetly go back and try some of the other menu items.
