Sold me foul smelling rancid coleslaw and then tried to defend it by saying it’s made fresh every day. Clearly that’s not the case with the product they gave me. It was room temperature. Don’t expect any customer service from this location I can assure you.
great customer service experience with this awesome cashier. also my box of chicken, sides, and biscuits were all fresh, hot, and delicious.
I live nearby this location and have been in several times since they’ve opened. The customer service has gone swiftly downhill over the last several months. Long wait times at the drive thru, my order is never correct (I’ve learned to thoroughly check my bag before driving off), extremely unprofessional staff and poor sanitation (I watched an employee taste test the sweet tea by dipping her entire cup in the batch, taking a sip, then pouring the remaining contents of her cup back into the batch). Night shift is absolutely atrocious. I will not be visiting this location again.
I ordered online and had a set time. No reference about the anniversary special and how to order and get it but that’s not the problem right now. Stood in line when I arrived. Others in front of me but here orders were orders were coming out wrong. Finally got up to get my order and it was right, but went to get drinks and there was no ice and few drinks were out. I paid for the drinks but decided to forget it and went home. The food was as good as it always is but the operation of the restaurant was poor. I asked about the 59 cent special and they couldn’t say how I should have ordered. All in all it was an unpleasant experience in today.
The employees were discussing things at the front counter that shouldn't have been.. They were still friendly and refused to serve old chicken, which I appreciated. Food was delicious, restaurant was clean, bathroom clean.
I ordered a 10 mixed and 2 of my drumsticks were as small as a drumette I went back and spoke with management and she said “ thats a drum some of them just come small” very nonchalant didnt offer to refund or replace. So if u want real chicken legs go to Churchs, I will be?.
I give it three stars because even though the food is great the customer service skills are lacking. People in customer service needs to understand you represent the company and the location. I knew it hard dealing with rude customers.
Drive thru staff was friendly and efficient. I visited this location 3 times all in the same week. Everything thing I ordered each time, was in the bag. I didn't have to ask for sauce packets or even napkins. Seems like getting those items without asking have become rare. Food taste has always been to my liking. The only downside that I experienced there was when I ordered a three piece chicken. The legs were small and the thigh was the size of a toddlers palm. Other than that, the service and waiting time in the drive thru was just fine. I shall return.
My order was completely wrong I’ve called the store over 15 times not one answer ! I called corporate they couldn’t help. I didn’t have my side and my chicken was cold I ordered spicy and got regular!!
Consistently closed in the middle of the day. Don't bother trying to patronize this business they will always be closed when you go there. Even if it's 5PM they are closed. Posted hours mean nothing to them, don't waste your time.
