As always, great food and friendly, helpful service. But just not sure what is changing. Inside dining was closed and they only have self service kiosks. I don't mind self service, but sometimes it is nice to have a person to interact with when taking an order. Still overall very good.
The restaurant was dirty, the payment window cashier was wearing headphones that they had pull out to talk to us (without washing hands), and the milkshake machine was being cleaned early. The food was also gross. A waste of money. Used to really like PDQ but they started hiring people who don’t care about the quality in their name.
Paid 16 for a meal & a sandwich. The food was cold & we were only ones in line. I asked for regular chicken nuggets & got spicy ones. A total of 5 fries for the meal. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Horrible customer service! Went through drive-thru today paid $18.24 for a PDQ spicy salad without cucumbers, asked for ranch dressing… guess what….I received salad with cucumbers, no ranch dressing & NO SILVERWARE! I’m guessing the boys working the drive-thru were all too wrapped up in their man drama & cursing each other out to realize my order was wrong! This was the first time I’ve ever been to PDQ & it is most definitely my last time!!! $18.24 for cold pieces of chicken & nothing that I asked for! Horrible place to eat, rude servers & WAY over priced!!! NEVER AGAIN PDQ, YOU SUCK!
This is the best most underrated chicken around. They have had these delicious chicken sandwiches long before the recent "chicken sandwich wars". The only reason I can think of why PDQ isn't more talked about is because there aren't many around. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you like a good chicken sandwich. Also great shakes and sauces.
Food is always good and staff is always kind, but over the last few months the cleanliness is what has really gone down hill. Your shoes stick to the floor so much that it pulls them off. There are dead flies near the ketchup and napkins. Ketchup all over the counter, the drink machine doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. Every time I go in I tell myself it will be the last time because it is just so dirty.
I always have a great experience at PDQ. They always have fresh and hot food. My brother and I visit the Winston Salem restaurant at least 2 or 3 times a week. The staff, especially the Mgrs. are wonderful, very friendly, accommodating and professional. I love myv PDQ. Great chicken tenders!!!!
First time going, definitely not like Popeyes or bojangles. Chicken is fresh, Buns are nicely toasted and soft. Milkshakes to die for a nice stop in for an afternoon lunch.
You can tell a place doesn’t want your business when they close at 8 but the doors are locked at 7:30. There used to be a really nice lady manager there. Now it feels like you are a burden to the employees. Please just close at 6-7.
Been going here for a few years now for good food, but today our daughter got the special treatment. The manager let her make her own milk shake back in the kitchen and was given a fireman’s hat. Our little girl was on cloud 9 all afternoon. :)
