I literally live 2 miles away from the store. They took my order. And then called me back 15 minutes later to say they don’t deliver to me and I should call a store that was already closed. Terrible customer service
Friendly service, not busy, easy in and out for takeout. Pizza tasted great and not overcooked. I visited this store as opposed to the one closest to me, due to bad constant bad service at other location.
Adequate parking, designated spacing for health.Orders could be called in- customers highly pleased with orders
I came in the papa Johns last month , and placed a order for a few pizzas. I literally waited 2 hour after calling in and coming to pick up which wasn’t a big deal seeing they were short staffed. It was two middle age guys, a older lady working at the time. I had two separate orders and Unfortunately one of my pizzas was incorrect. I went back to the store and spoke to a manager, who told me he would write my name and information down and when I came back in I could get a replacement pizza, and apologized because of the lack of staff, incorrect pizza, and etc. I called today to try to redeem my pizza , and the said manager on duty said he had no idea and that my number wasn’t popping up. And he didn’t offer me any of help. If I knew that was the case I would have gotten a refund at said time instead of trying to Compromise. There needs to be a better system in place as far as handling customer complaints and issues.
My luke warm pizza took an hour and a half to travel just three miles. Ordered ahead for lunch on a Sunday. I stick with Mellow Mushroom.
I ordered it from the bar that is literally next door. It took nearly an hour to get my pizza. I got it 15 minutes before closing and had to scarf down my food. I hope this isn't their Norm.
This Papa John's store is the only one I come to . I've never had any issues / complaint(s), whatsoever, anytime I've come here . The pizzas are superb ! ??They're meaty , saucy & the overall quality of their pizzas are outstanding! Papa John's is the best ! ( I don't care what anyone says )
Ordered lunch today and had it delivered to a job site and the two liter Pepsi had its seal broken. Don’t know if it was accidental or intentional but I will jot be drinking any of it. Sorry.
Ordered pizza and after 2 plus hours still no pizza. Every time I called to check on the pizza they said it’ll be there in a few mins. Pizza never got delivered. After almost 3 hours of waiting I finally cancelled the order and the staff showed no signs of remorse nor did they give me a reason to why my order never came.
