It's been awhile since I've been to Panera! The broccoli cheese soup was hot and delicious.When you walk in, there is a kiosk to order and pay. This is optional but convenient. You can still order person to person.If using kiosk to order, you will receive a text when order is ready. I liked this!
Horribly slow/understaffed. Placed a pickup order for 645 and it's now almost 710 and im still waiting. I keep getting told 5 more minutes!Either find a way to hire more workers or don't allow 645 orders if you can't accommodate them.
Super friendly staff! Food came out fast with hot food hot and cold food cold. 2 salads and 1 bowl of soup. Initially, no spoon with the soup, but a simple miss. Asked for one and it was dirty. Asked for a replacement and it was dirty also. Asked for a plastic spoon. No dressing with the salads. Was only allowed 1 per large salad. Went back with another person to get additional dressings. Overall if the cutlery had been clean and appropriate dressings with salads this would have been a 5 star.
I got an almond cold brew and it tasted so bitter and nasty. There was barely any cream in it. There were little white floaters in it which I assume is from milk that went bad.
My favorite place to eat in Winston-Salem NC. The staff is wonderfully sweet. The food is made amazingly and tastes so so good! The store is always immaculately clean which is great. Not a single complaint except that they need to bring one to Wilkesboro NC!
I'm from Colombia. My family used to owned a Bakery in our country, so I grew up in the bread. So I know what I'm talking, seriously the quality of the bread in Panera it is outstanding, by far the best one I've tried in Winston Salem. I also recommend their pizza and their broccoli soup for the winter, just perfect. I think they could be better on the time of making the orders, specially when you order online, it takes so much time, but it is totally worth it. Go to Panera and enjoy a very very good pan (bread)
Best Broccoli & Cheddar bread bowls in town! Whether breakfast or lunch, Panera rarely disappoints. It's one of our all-time favorites!
Over $10 for. Bowl of tomato soup made off site and an ice tea that very much like dishwater. You know they don’t cook anything here, it’s all just toasted in a toaster oven.
I compliment the service at this location. They are friendly and were helpful substituing salad dressings when I ordered the wrong one online. I'm sad to say though that the food has been disappointing the last few times I've been to Panera. The quality seems to have declined in the last year or two.
Awesome food and have awesome bagels would recommend. They have great staff and always feels welcoming to go. The drive through is fast and the speakers are clear to hear and to easily take orders. If you want a coffee or a hot chocolate in the morning to wake up for work they too along with the food are very good. All in all very good restaurant to go to.
