Lately, this place is disappointing!Dirty, slow, often homeless are sleeping with their heads on the tables receiving free food...The cleaning of the tables, floor, restrooms and all around, is questionable! I refuse to even wonder how is the kitchen...I decided to give up on coming to this place!
So I ordered breakfast through the Panera app for delivery. When the driver got here (they deliver through Door Dash), he did not have the 2 smoothies that went with my order. When questioned, the driver stated they did not "hand" him any drinks, only the bag. I know this is not right, because I usually pick up my own orders in the morning, and they have the "to go" orders setting by the door and you just grab and go. So I called the Panera store. Hannah (sorry if I am spelling it wrong!) answered the phone, super friendly and very understanding. After I explained what happened, she said she was actually the catering coordinator and was heading over to main campus (which is a couple miles from where I am located) and she would bring me my smoothies. She was supper kind from the very start of the phone call, all the way through when she delivered my drinks. Very helpful, and pleasant! She did not have to bring me my order, she could have very well made any other decision (cancel my order, make me wait for another door dasher, etc.) but she did not, she went ABOVE and BEYOND her job duties, and her customer service skills are impeccable. This place is awful they are roach infested roaches are crawling on the food and counters on the daily. The manager Anita has no control over the store and she is a General manager she is unprofessional and I personally saw her killing roaches with her hands I don't recommend this place.
i came to do some studying and wanted to get a coffee (it’s very cold) and something sweet. I am SO glad that i looked in the window before ordering any desserts because there was a roach crawling through the desserts. this is so unfortunate.
The lower rating is for the wait and bit of confusion. Ordered a quiche (already made) and a yogurt with fruit cup to go. It took 15 minutes for me to get the yogurt. It had been forgotten in the order. I had also been told to go to the hot food pickup area to wait on my order. Luckily a cook there asked me what I was waiting on and got the front to make my item. Food quality was good. Lost 2 stars for the time and confusion.
Place was half filled up, was clean, service was way above average, food was everything you could hope for. Manager Samantha took order and it was clear she was on top of every detail in all areas and was so bright and cheerful.
Panera has excellent food. Today, I placed an order and experienced a huge delay in receiving my order. I contacted the panera store and spoke to the manager, Samantha. She told me that Doordash was awful in performance. She advised me to choose other food delivery companies in the future when I placed my orders for delivery.I told Samantha that I did not choose Doordash. She then told me that she knew that it was not my choice but that the panera order/delivery system automatically assigned Doordash.It is puzzling to me that panera would automatically assign their valued customer orders to Doordash when they know that the Doordash that services their customers UNDER PERFORMS!!I am not able to leave my office to pick up my food orders so therefore will no longer order from panera.
Today was really cool. I had soup and salad. Boy did that ever hit the spot. I love Panera everything.?
I thought they was a good sanitary restaurant until I ordered my salad and looked in my bag and got also a half of a stick of bread in my bag that I did not expect and was not wrapped just thrown in the bag
Good place to get a fast meal though I fell that it’s a little pricey for the size of the meal.
