Horrible experience! I'm allergic to eggs and I ordered the beef and broccoli ? bowl. Before ordering I asked the cashier what all comes in the bowl she stated beef rice and broccoli never said there's eggs in it too! Called to speak to manager and the manager stated that they are not suppose to tell u if eggs or teriyaki sauce or soy sauce comes in the bowl! Wow! Never ever going back again! IN LIFE!

Friendly staff & tasty food. I've only ever been to a panda Express 3 times and all 3 times it's been this location. It's the best change of pace if you don't want the standard burger or chicken sandwich when it comes to fast food options.

They took a long time to give me my food. They said it will take 6 minutes to make more of an entre I selected, I waited close to 45 minutes in the parking lot. And they gave me my order wrong. They are lazy, rude, and don’t care. I didn’t want to go in to associate any further with the lazy rude Panda Express workers, to get my order right, or get a refund because of how very rude and negligent they are. I remember one of their names is Bruno.

Disrespectful staff that never speaks. You make it a point to say hi to certain customers and it’s crickets for others. This isn’t the first time this has happened. The food is subpar and the staff is as cold as the food.

For what it is, a chain/fast food restaurant that is, it's fine. In my opinion though, it's way over priced for not so great food. You get way better quality and 3 times the quantity for the same price at any authentic Chinese restaurant around here. Support Local/Small Business.

Is this the most authentic Chinese food you can get? No definitely not. Is it even great Americanized Chinese food? No to that one as well. But here's what Panda Express is, cheap, fast, and my kids will eat it. They don't care if it's authentic and they don't want strong flavors. Maybe when they are older those things will come, but for now making them happy is more important.

Placed a mobile order for 2 entrees and 2 appetizers. Picked the order up myself and forgot to check it before I left the parking lot. Got home and realized they did not give me either of the appetizers. I’m not the kind of person to call and complain but I did. They offered to make it right by giving 2 free appetizers next time I came, which I was grateful for. 5 minutes later they called me back only to tell me they checked the camera footage and claimed they saw themselves placing the appetizers in the order. They proceeded to argue with me and all but come out and say I was lying to them to try and get free food, which trust me, I was not. Very unprofessional and rude to call a customer and tell them that they are lying when you had just made the situation right. I have been a loyal customer to this establishment since it’s opening and have not had any issues. Unfortunately, I do not think they will be receiving any more of my business. Very disappointing experience. Do better. Furthermore, I have seen several other reviews complaining of similar issues of forgotten items. I have worked in the food service industry and never have I argued with a customer about anything so simple, nor at all.

Every time I go to this Panda Express, they’re always so rude to me. It’s ridiculous.

Visited today and purchased two meals. The business is easily accessible to entrance and exit directly from University Pkwy just south of Hanes Mill Road. There is a good size parking area with Handicap Parking directly in front of the Handicap and main entrance.Public restrooms were in good condition also handicap accessible.Panda Express was adequately staffed; however, as I entered, NO EMPLOYEES offered any type of greeting, and it took over five minutes before anyone offered to help, and I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. If rated on Customer Service, I would rate this category as a (1) one.The food was good but nothing to write home about. I do have to say that the young lady who prepared my order was very pleasant and friendly with a rememberable smile.Perhaps their lack of customers is attributed to the way Panda Express makes you feel like you should have remained on the Express Way until the next exit to take for your late lunch.

This time went well, food came out great and in good time.This Panda can be very hit or miss, though.About 50% of the time, I don't get all the food I ordered and paid for, or the incorrect order.All in all - the food tastes great, and you get a reasonable portion for the price, BUT checking your order before you drive off is critical.
