Considering it was 5 on a Saturday, the wait went fast before we were seated. Charlene did a great job with our table of 2! There's always enough for leftovers.

I joined the wait list while we went bowling and didn’t have to wait, while I saw others waiting for over an hour or more. There was a light skinned younger girl working at the front kiosk where you check in and she didn’t say a word, had a stank face the whole time. Made the other two working the front do all the work. Worst attitude I’ve seen on a restaurant employee in awhile.Food was good, quick, and service was decent as well.

We were in Greensboro and Winston-Salem for a concert and visiting my daughter in college. Myself and guests had a great experience. We didn't have to wait a long time to be seated. The food was delicious and our waitress was so very pleasant and funny. Will definitely return.

I love this particular restaurant . Out of all the locations this one is the best. They are always super busy but very hospitable. They greet me with a warm smile and my order is always complete. The food is excellent and the service is amazing . I am an over the road trucker and this about the best restaurant ive found on the east coast that I can get into that has truck accessibility. I look forward too my next visit .

NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT. Several times I have went to this location with 1 or 2 children under 1 years of age to 1 years old. Every time I go I tell them it will be 2-3 adults and 1 or 2 babies (depending on who I have with me) each time they do not ask if we need a high chair and seat us at an apparently “inconvenient” table where high chairs are not an option. They can SEE how small these children are and still offer a booster seat when we request highchairs. Personally booster seats are for 3-4 and up. The children I have with me will fall under the table of they sit in a booster seat without a buckle to hold them in. They make it seem like a big deal and almost impossible to accommodate. Servers complain that they are a hazard. When I was a server, the restaurant I worked at had tables MUCH closer together and they were never an issue. It’s not that difficult to see an entire chair at the end of a table. Restaurants like this allow adults to “pull up chairs” on a regular basis and never complain. When it comes to children though they always act like it’s an issue. It makes me want to not eat out ever. It’s incredibly inconvenient.

Prices are a little expensive for pasta dishes. The best deal for your money is the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks fire $9.99! We didn't have to wait but there wasn't a lot of people there . We arrived before the dinner rush and it was a Tuesday evening. But my main issue was the service! The waitresses were busy chatting with each other. I tried to chat with our waitress but she never replied back. She brought out our salad but it didn't have any dressing on it and then acted put off because we needed some! Not a thank you one, not a hope you enjoyed your visit or anything else! So probably won't go back for awhile!

Food was great. Our server Ricky was the best

Our service and server were great! But I feel Olive Garden has just went down hill. The breadsticks aren't even that good anymore and they never give you enough sauce with the pasta and when the pasta is hard, more sauce would make it edible at least. I don't plan on going back to any Olive Garden ever.

It has been about 5 years since I have dined at this Olive Garden location. I have always received excellent food and outstanding service; however, this time truly let me down and I will never visit this location again. We were seated quickly. The waitress took our drink orders. It took us a little while to look over the menu and decide on our options. I completely understand how much everything has increased in the past year and expected the prices to be somewhat more. But I feel like $17.99 for sub-par, cheap to prepare pasta dish was very expensive. So we decided on the $9.99 unlimited soup and breadsticks, which I feel like is a fair price because how many bowls of soup can one person eat in one sitting. We opted to get a second bowl since the soup was delicious. The first order of breadsticks was hard and somewhat old, probably left over from lunch. The first bowl of salad didn't even have dressing on the salad. And when we finally flagged our waitress down, she seemed really bothered that we asked for dressing. They were not busy at all but her and a few of her "buddies" just seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. I even tried to talk with her a little but she didn't reply or even grunt. When I asked for a to go box, she returned and just placed on top of the salad bowl and walked away. It wasn't like our table was full because there were only 2 in our party. I remember a time when the staff would box and bag up your left overs. But I figured that was a task that was nixed due to Covid! And whenever we used to leave, the front staff was always there to say "Thank you and hope you visit us again" but since they were too busy gabbing to each other and mingling on their phones, they didn't say a word. Plus I suspect they assumed by the look on my face that I didn't plan on ever visiting them again. I understand it is hard to get employees these days but I think the manager should at least encourage some of the wait staff to be a little more friendly and maybe let them know they could receive much better tips if they would treat the customers with a little more respect And not act like it was killing her to bring a couple of cups of dressing, that she forgot to put on the salad! Sadly, this is another restaurant that I will not visit in the future due to the lack of service. I understand that Covid has changed a lot such as prices and the ability to get good help, but that still doesn't excuse the lack of customer service. The people that you hire are a reflection on your restaurant. And the lack of attention and service we received will reflect upon our future restaurant choices.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. The atmosphere is nice. They offer first come first serve bar seating. They have gluten free pasta for those that need it, though you are limited to only a couple of pasta options. The staff has only been pleasant. I will recommend putting your name on the wait-list ahead of time (you can do this online) otherwise wait time for a table can be busy around dinner time (as to be expected for most restaurants)
