Best Mexican food experience I have had in a long time. We have driven by this restaurant many times and finally decided to try it and I am glad we did. This will be my go to for the best Mexican food experience!
We were seated quickly, staff was friendly. Food came out quicker than we could finish appetizer, all it was delicious. We also loved the fried pineapple chimi for dessert- pineapple was actually cooked so the flavor was very nice!Restaurant was very clean and I appreciated that as others were coming in nobody was being seated directly next to each other, plus booths have high backs to divide the space. Definitely the nicest looking Mi Pueblo I've been in.The only off-putting thing was that the manager would hover around our table very much and often would do the waiters job just before he came. The waiter was doing a great job so it felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable.
Omg….tonight was a disaster. Screwed up my order and then tried to fix it by half assing it after having to drive all the way back up there. Their food is delightful but their customer service is crap

Seating was prompt. The environment was lovely. Loved the decor. Our waiter Vidal was very friendly and attentive . He gave us good suggestions with the menu. We got our meal really fast. The food was fresh and delicious. Good presentation. Our Margherita was great- not watered down. We would definitely go back soon and recommend this tex mex restaurant to anyone who love Mexican food .
Outstanding customer service and excellent food EVERY TIME. We had an issue with Uber, and the good folks at Mi Pueblo were quick to solve the issue with no problems whatsoever. We are very impressed. Also, this is a beautiful and clean restaurant. God bless!
Food was great... the service could have been better.. seems that the employees and staff would rather socialize then refill a glass... so ehhh
I am writing in regards to my recent order at your Reynolda Rd location. I have ordered from this location in the past with little to no problem. Tonight that was not the case. I placed my order over the phone and specifically requested no cheese on my tacos, as I am lactose intolerant. I also did not want refried beans with any of my dishes that I ordered. When the waitress brought my meal to my car, within minutes after I arrived, I noticed that there was cheese on my tacos. She apologized and took it back in to change the order. After a few minutes she brought back my dish as I requested. Almost. When I got home and prepared to enjoy my meal, I noticed that instead of ground beef, I was given shredded pork. My order was changed completely. In addition there was refried beans with the burritos that I ordered and did not want. I've worked in customer service for over two decades and know that attention to detail is of the utmost importance. In future I will order from a different location. Even though it is within a 20-minute drive from my house. Whereas the Reynolda Rd location is less than 10-minutes from my home.My suggestion would be better train your staff, especially those working in the kitchen.
The food quality has really dropped in the last two years. Our food the last time we were there was very greasy , we never got a refill on our drinks and the lamp over our table was covered with dust and cobwebs. We recommend El Cabo in Walnut Cove.
