This is ridiculous. Went thru the drive thru got a senior drink. I said NO ICE...just got home full of ice and no straw. Hire people that will listen to what you order. I'm not Happy. CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. 5-3-2022....I called the manager and she hung the phone up on me
Made me pull over to the side and took forever to get my food out. They also did not give me a straw for my drink. When they finally brought it out they did not apologize for the delay. Very poorly run.
Food was fast as I used mobile order. I liked it and thought it was good food.
Staff was less than helpful. Felt very rushed to order, then went asking a simple question , we got an attitude. As If we were stupid.

Great service! I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time but I received a gift card and brought the whole family. I expected the price to be much less than my usual place but I was way wrong. I ordered four meals for $27? Whoa! The burgers are sooo small and my kids were still hungry when we left. I will re-gift if I ever receive another gift card. The people in line everyday at the drive-thru must have damaged their taste buds a long time ago. Thanks for the great customer service. Top notch employees. ?
Extremely slow curbside service. Went into restaurant and only five employees that I could see. I feel sorry for anyone who works here. This restaurant need to do better. Will still come here anyway.
This is the worst service I have ever had! The guy that rung me out made a mistake and then trying to blame it on me. Then when they went to fix it they took something off my order and then told me I didn’t order. I know I ordered it was the first thing that I ordered. This is the worst service I have ever had it any McDonald’s. It was very loud and very slow. When they finally gave me my order they said that I can have some free pies. But never brought them to me. I sat there and waited. I do not recommend this McDonald’s to anyone unless you like getting home with cold food because you’re sitting there waiting on them to replace other things in your order!!!
Sick with flu for 3 days. Hadn't eaten in 24 hrs. The only thing I could think of eating was a Sausage & Egg McMuffin. My adult son drove to this McDonald's and ordered what I wanted. When he brought it home, it was a ham/cheese/egg McMuffin in a paper wrapper marked Sausage. I took one bite & about threw up. Tasted horrible. I F your employees cannot tell sausage from ham, perhaps you should fire them.
Horrible service rude customer service long drive through lines when you get up there they all of a sudden say cash only or if you are Uber delivery person or doordash you have to wait excessively long way if there was a zero star I would give him that but I got to give him one star unfortunately like the Dallas cowgirls
