It was the middle of the night, line was insanely long, total of two people working but they killed it. My meal was perfect. I just got off work and nearly the only place open. People working deserve a paid d a y off.
The staff were awesome and handled custom requests with gusto! Food was fresh and restaurant was clean. Would eat here again for sure!
Our grandchildren love McDonald's so we spend a lot of time there! I'm still sorry they no longer have salads. Due to COVID, the play area is not open yet. I understand why and hope they can figure out how to open it safely.
Opened for breakfast? SURE, both drive through lanes and the dining room are opened, come on in! Open for dinner? Nope. They shut down half their drive thru, take forever to take anyone's order, create a line around the restaurant, refuse to open the doors so those of us who don't want to wait an hour can walk in and order, and then they stare at you like you're the a**hole when you try to open the door during the posted time that it is supposed to be opened. Whatever manager thought that closing 2/3 of the store at 5pm was a good idea during the time when most people would be coming for food needs fired, they're why this location loses money.
ridiculous! i came here for my 45 min. lunch to grab something and have sat in line for ove 20 of it. i see associates inside sweeping instead of getting the line down. i cant imagine there being much mess inside if the lobby is closed everyday. seeing associates and who looks to be the manager walking around aimlessly. really need to do better
Arrived at 3:45am and waited till 4am for meal change. Put in my mobile order and arrived. Was told system was down and they could not process any orders. Seems at some point McD’s Pos goes down for nightly refresh. Thats understandable but don’t say your 24hrs if you cant serve 24hrs. Close 4-5 out of respect to your staff and customers.
Our order took some time but the very nice demeanor of the crew made our wait pleasant. The food? Para-pa-pa-paa, I'm loving it!
They locked the doors to the dining room while we were inside eating. They said the drive thru line was to long?♀️It was 3:30pm!!
The one at the Hanes Mall Winston Salem is the most un-organized store, the line that form after they closed the lobby is ridiculous!!!They need to get their act straight,they have to put in place a better system. Do your self a favor and go to the one in Jonestown,they have a better management and system in place. The management from Hanes Mall should go there and see what they're doing right.
It might have been the time of day (fairly busy, but no long wait), but my Quarter Pounder and fries were BOTH very fresh and well above average in flavor.
