I don't normally review McDonald's. I'm it's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. This McDonald's had no self serve napkins. I had to wait 5 minutes to get someone's attention to get napkins. She said if they had self-service napkins people take advantage. Average McDonald's make 3 to 10 million dollars a year.
Your manager is totally unprofessional, in terms or speaking with people. Don't speak with someone and walk away while they are talking. I will never come to this McDonalds again..and the food was worst nuggets where hard and cold and the fries where too. The only thing was good was the service from the young lady at the register wearing the pink shirt. To her thank you for your assistance.
We have had several order accuracy issues lately. The mist recent was that they left 20 nuggets out of our family meal. The put us in for free replacement. The next time my husband went to pick up food there, they left the replacement nuggets out.
This McDonald's is typically very slow & inaccurate on the order even after repeating it back to you, I can understand the staffing issues that are common nowadays but if you can't staff the store close it or limit the hours.
The best McD's location in Winston! Our order is pretty much spot on every time and the employees seem nice and greet us.
It was your standard McDonald's visit, has an updated and nice dining room which was a little dirty at 4:30 pm. Men's bathroom had a baby changing station which was nice, however the stall it was in was filthy.Food was good and fresh and fries were well salted.
Not up to standards. There was a lot of standing water in the drink area, with warning cones for the wet floor. Not sure if there was a roof leak or if this was from the drink machines but there were big puddles that you had to stand in to get to the drink machines. And the women's restroom was gross. Didn't look like it had been cleaned today, the garbage in the stall was overflowing and out of toilet paper.
Good customer service experience 99% of the time. The inside is updated and clean. The drive-thru (two lanes) usually flows pretty quickly.
This McDonald's is terrible. Time after time I've tried to give them a chance but they fail every time. I've been through everything with this McDonald's. From finding 3 strands of hair in my drink. To them moving slow. To employees Terrible customer service. In all honesty they need to be shut down. This is the worst location I've ever been too.
Ordered two quarter pounder meals got home and they were not done.didnt even want them to make it over just got my mony back.smh?they trying to get me sick.
