Bad experiences. Not just one, but Several! Manager and employees will avoid you, and make you wait 10-15 minutes, when, your order is Ready. But, only if you're a certain race. Prejudice. If they do this to your face, what do they do to your food?! Like I said, I've seen it several times. I'll NEVER buy anything from this place.Pay close attention while you're there.

Love it!! Great food

This location is the worst McAlister’s deli I’ve ever been too. I don’t have a lot of options for lunch at work, and EVERY single time I order from them it’s a 35-45 minute wait, and the order is still wrong. Today I get back to work and the soup was a cup, when I paid for the bowl and they didn’t even bother to put dressing in the bag for the salad. About 2 months ago I called the location, and was supposed to be sent coupons that never arrived. Just go to Jersey Mikes up the road. They are always on point. The incompetence at this location is astounding. You would think occasionally they may get something right, but no, that’s an impossible task for these folks. The amount of money I’ve given this restaurant for food I never received is ridiculous. Not sure why the constant employee shortage when other nearby restaurants are fully staffed. This location definitely has a leadership problem.

I was very disappointed with their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was mushy and reminded me of baby food. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I will say that the veggie chili was tasty though.

I have been here a few times mostly because it was convenient. Food overall is good and worth the price. I just went again today and the prices have sky rocketed. Two sandwiches with the upgrade to have soup as the side cost me a whooping $38. I will no longer be going the price is not worth it.

I love McAlisters sandwiches, but this location in particular, is not one I would recommend. I've placed 2 pickup orders in a month and both times received the incorrect order. Sadly disappointed. The plus side, the food is pretty good. The bad side is you never know if you will get what you ordered. To top it off, the manager gave me the incorrect food on the second visit. That's not a good sign.

The McAlister's Deli Experience (Walk-In Edition). On this day, I chose McAlister's because it was a rainy day and perfect for soup. I walked in, and someone greeted me once at the counter. So, I ordered their "Choose 2" meal option. Then, I selected their Savannah Chopped Salad that comes with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, gorgonzola, honey roasted almonds, tomato, and cucumber on mixed greens with their sherry shallot dressing. I also ordered their Broccoli and Cheddar soup made with cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese mixed with chunks of broccoli in a creamy base made from chicken broth. The service was decent and prompt, and I was out of the door in no time.Once eating the salad was pretty good. I enjoyed the different textures and the flavor of the dressing. However, the soup was another story. I felt it was watered down and did not taste good. There were a few chunks of broccoli but nothing that would make me order again. So, I was slightly disappointed since the idea of soup was my main objective for coming. So, would I come back to McAlister's Deli? Of course, I would try them again, but I would not order that broccoli and cheese soup.

The food is always great. The wait is disappointing. Rather pick up or delivery they are understaffed. Not great customer service and they keep leaving off my pickle.

This is the first time that I have eaten here, and quite frankly I wasn’t impressed. I ate a sandwich and soup. The sandwich wasn’t that good and the soup was ice cold. I was really shocked that they served me cold soup. I’ll never come here again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tried to call an order in, was placed on hold twice and never got to place order. So, I ordered on line. Food was ready on time, however, people dining in making comments about waiting 45-50 minutes on their order. One lady called in her order and was angry over the wait time, 30 minutes and still wasn’t ready. When we got home with food, no pickles, no jalapeño peppers for nacho basket, no buttermilk ranch for chicken salad. The bread for McAllister’s club was so hard on edges, could not hardly eat the sandwich. Just a dab of potato salad in a roomy container.Won’t be back !!!! This occurred on 11/24/21 during lunch hour when you would expect the place to be properly staffed.
