Ok i left this place 10 minutes ago.Let me start with first...quiet. whatever music isnt for everyone...but i literally couldnt help but hear the loud woman behind us... waitress never came to actually refill our drinks...we were sat at a nasty sticky table...Whatever ish happens when you're understaffed i get it...however...We ordered kids chicken tenders...2 burgers and alfredo...Waited for 45 minutes to still never see our waitress and a 5 year old asking when he can eat. So we decided to leave and go elsewhereWe went to the front counter to pay for the drinks...They said the drinks were on themA lady from the staff came out to our vehicle to tell us the police was being called since we didnt pay for our food.WHAT FOOD?!?!?! we NEVER got our food let alone saw the waitress.Absolute s**t place if you ask me.I explained that my son was hungry and the reason we were leaving was because we never got our food.Its not her fault. She was very kind but thats absolutely trashy of a restaurant with absolutely no communication.
It was close to closing, the only thing that tasted like it should have was the baby flounder. Everything else, shrimp,fries and especially the hushpuppies had a burned flavor to them. I really think the grease may have been old since it was near closing time. If I had not ordered takeout, I would have taken it back. However, it wasn't worth the time, since gas prices are high. Nevertheless, my furbabies got an extra treat!
Called my order in, to reduce my wait time. Not only did I have to wait 30 mins for my food, but my food wasn't fresh. Jumbo shrimp and chicken were tough. Scallops were good. This location isn't what it used to be... too bad.
I had fried white fish and my husband had fish and chips. We were seated quickly, our drinks were served promptly. Our food was out in around 15 minutes, fresh and hot. Our waitress was attentive and very sweet. We ate our fill and took home enough for another meal. The price was under thirty dollars!! A great experience!
The clam chowdersoup is supposedly made fresh for you but it is horrible all it is is small pieces of clam with cream and absolutely no seasoning. It is disgusting and a disgrace to this restaurant. And they don't care I tried it for the second time yesterday and the first time I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I told the waitress how terrible it was it was liquidy and tasteless with about three pieces of clam. You would think that they would have improved and yesterday's was worst than the first time. Do not go to this restaurant the food is overrated thank you
I placed to go order with gentleman, he was nice and attentive. I ordered 3 fish dinners with 2 addtl sides. Order was ready fairly quick and girl working that area bagged my items which sides were left out. I went back to let her know they were missing and she asked gentleman if he had given sides? There's no need for that. Sides were not given, PERIOD. That threw me off but food was tasty, hot and fresh
The soups are horrible liquidy and made with the cheapest ingredients and the least ingredients possible. The food is a one to two star. Apparently they are taking their customers for granted! It's a shame we don't have a lot of good seafood places in Winston-Salem. In this area. Disgusting absolutely disgusting they got a one star because there's nothing else I could do

I’m only leaving one star because you have to leave at least one. The girl running the to go has the nastiest attitude. I was very friendly to her and she never even smiled and rolled her eyes at everything I said or asked for. Wouldn’t answer my questions and just stared at me. I am a very considerate and kind person and do not appreciate people treating me this way. I approach everyone with respect. I never even leave reviews but had to come here to say this. She needs a lesson in customer service. Maybe it was because I was wearing an LGBTQ mask, I really don’t know. Maybe she’s just having a bad day, but either way you don’t treat customers this way. I will not be returning to this location??
We both had the Whitefish, baked potato and cole slaw, food was really good, warm and cozy inside, waitress kept our glasses filled, Very nice dinning experience.
