I’ve never seen so much blatant dysfunction in the workplace. We just came in to get ice cream to go and we were there for 20-25 minutes while the staff fought with each other in the middle of the restaurant instead of helping patrons. They had a sign up that said they were understaffed (as many restaurants are these days) which, I’m sure, added fuel to what seemed like a long-standing feud between three employees. Customers were leaving right and left because it took so long to receive service. After we were finally helped, our ice cream order sat at the counter for about 15 minutes because they didn’t know how to ring us up, so they helped other people instead. They do have really good ice cream. We’ve been here a couple times before and it wasn’t this bad although the service was slow and unorganized then too. This experience was awkward and sad.
I order my food online at 739pm got to the store they canceled my order because they was busy. I don't think you should be canceling just because you are busy but ok. I reordered the food waited for another 20 mins got my food and walked out by this time its 830pm. Looked in the bag and my potatoes was not in their went back in the store the person the packed my food and handed it to me told the cashier they they don't have any potatoes. He new the potatoes was in the bad when he'd handed to me and let me work out the store with out. That is not good customer service. So I to order the Spicy chicken salad it was not pleasing it had lot of lettuce 4 strips of chicken cut off a chicken breast 1 slice of tomato 2 slice of onion. By the time I got the salad and got home the my other food was cold. For waiting for so long. My overall experience was the worst I've ever had and I've been going here since I was young child . I talk to the manager but he act like he didn't care he didn't even acknowledge the fact that they was even wrong the cashier was the one that apologized he should have came and talked to me I've been in food service before I know how it works.
Its hard to rate it more or less than 3 and heres why.....we arrived after a late soccer tournament game approx 8 nearly entire team came, about 20. They were busy but appeared to care less they had a party for dinner and ice cream. They opened a room and let us sit and sit. Not till I ask if they were going to be able to accommodate us or if we should just leave which was at least 40 minutes after arrival did the manager attempt to break an employee off to take orders. The entire team...mgr included appear to have one gear...not high. Ultimately we did get food and ice cream ? and it was all very good quality!So I would rate their food a solid 4 but service a 2. I would understand if they worked with us, provided feedback to let us know the plan but there appeared to be no plan but to serve ice cream to those walking in
Just left no one had on gloves touching everything in the world...Guy that rung up my food didn't greet me just basically walk up asking what do you want...then when he was getting my ice cream his fingers were touching my food. I ask him to remake my item he threw the spoon into some water with attitude then grab another one and scoop the ice cream. I was just very surprised that no one anything covering their head or decided to put gloves on while scooping people ice cream. I don't know if the young man that was assisting me was having a bad night but he surely did not exhibit good customer service. Also I think it's important when serving anybody that you use gloves no matter if mandates are in affect you should still be sanitary. The fact that I clearly see your scooping my ice cream and it's hitting your knuckles and you're still going to put it in a bowl to serve to me says a lot.

Service was extremely slow. Waiter was spaced out. Had to tell him order 3 times and he still had to come back twice to ask questions. Way too expensive for quality and quantity of food received. Sundaes were subpar to say the least.
The Mayberry dog was exquisite. First dog I've had with coleslaw.The ice cream flavor combos were dancing on my tongue. Almond and pistachios together was astounding. The salted Carmel espresso is worth the trip from Michigan!
Half sandwich and soup...good, tho not to order. Left off my requested pickles, but my friends all gave me theirs, so by the time I alerted the waitress when she returned with pickles, I did not need or want more. Maybe short on wait staff...
I had a pineapple sundae but the crushed pineapple was just sweet and extremely crushed. I didn't like it. My husband had a banana split and enjoyed it very much
I went Friday at lunch food was ok. The problem was a waitress created a scene in the restaurant and walked out. A second waitress walked out and was having a argument on the side walk. Customers were walking out and leaving. The register was lined out and customer were waiting along time to pay. One of the waitress was real nice that was why I gave the place 2 Stars. I will never go back to that restaurant after that.
