My favorite Marco location to date!! Food always fresh and the staff always keep me updated on my order. They make recommendations on the other products and I appreciate that they are not “stingy” with the toppings like the other pizza spots . From my several visits I feel like they have a nice working environment because they seem to be having a good time at work.
Did an online order and took advantage of a 50% off sale. So did everyone else in my town it seemed! The employees handled things very well despite being obviously busy and understaffed. My order was 5 different pizzas and each one came out perfectly. I did have to wait a little bit longer than usual but all was well worth it. I have moved farther from this location so I am unable to get delivery, but when I am nearby, I order Marcos pizza from here. Great service! Every employee checked on customers and jumped back to catch pizzas coming out of the oven as soon as they were in the store. Great teamwork!
We order pizza from this location 2-3 times a month. It's good pizza but every 3-4 times we just kind of expect a ok pizza. The staff is friendly and prices are comparable to others. I however wish they offered the same offers when you log in your account ad they do when you just look at their site. I've noticed you have to load the special and then log in.
After hour and half they call me and tell me that my order is not ready if I still want my pizza or if I want to cancelI buy marcos pizza twice a month and always ask for delivery I tip the delivery people good but this is not right and the way they handle this issue now I will think twice if I want to order pizza from marcos because is Goin to the same level of domino's or pizza hut
Absolutely the worst customer service I've had in a long time....and with the pandemic there is a new low as far as customer service so that's saying something ..I would almost claim racism but I don't think they are smart enough to be racist...A middle aged white woman was discussing something with or training a teenage girl ... well she made sure to finish all of her discussion before even thinking about waiting on a customer.... I would have walked out but I had ordered and paid thru Uber eats ....Never returning would advise you avoid... unless you are a fan of rude service
I order on line my pizza supposed to arrive at 8 35pm I call 8 50pm they tell me they was little behind and my pizza should arrive in 15 minutes they call me later after a one hour and half to tell me that they don't know what happen to my order that if I still want my order or if I want to cancel they never apologized to bad customer service
Staff not friendly. A few women in front are nice but back staff guys can care less about greeting you or letting you know your order is ready.
I will never eat there again! Today was my first day going back in months an the steak n cheese sub still horrible! It only came with mushrooms, to much mayo an no meat! I was very mad ! I thought different management would be better its still bad .

Marco's is pretty good as far as the pizza chains go. I do have one complaint. They skimp on the sauce. Even if you order double or triple sauce, it is always lacking. I would have given them 4 stars otherwise.
