Call to the location2215 Old Salisbury Rd to place a delivery order about 9:45 pm on 6/5/22. I was told by the gentleman that placed me on hold that my location could not be delivered to, which is odd because I have a orders delivered many times before in the past to the exact same resident. I called back & was told by the young lady At 9:50 pm that they had no delivery driver. Poor customer service for this location & terrible staff representing the brand

The service was not great. It took 8 minutes for our order to be taken, but the pizza and wings were delicious!

Poor customer service. Completely blown off by a red headed employee named Corbin, and then told by another employee that it was still being made. After almost a hr another employee picked the order up off the rack, it had been there for awhile. As I waited other guests complained about their wait time as well. The employees worked slowly as they complained about their jobs and how they weren't going to work any faster to fulfill the orders. The phones rang the entire time and one of the employees yelled that nobody was to answer the phones. Our food was cold and we attempted to address that, no response. There are much better pizza's in the area. Try Burke Street, Mario's, or Cugino Forno. Update: We filled out a form at tellmarcos.com and nobody called or responded via email, which is why we submitted a poor Google rating. The poor customer service obviously comes straight from the top.

We stumbled across this gem while visiting family in Winston Salem. The service was great and the pizza was very tasty.
I cannot believe it is a difficult task to cut the pizza wrong for the second time!! I ordered a small pizza for the second time it is cut in squares instead of pie or as she called it when I ordered it triangles. I specifically ordered it to not be cut into squares. Very disappointed once again!!
Definitely not NY style. I’ve tried about 5 different places in search of something comparable to NY pizza, and so far, Marco’s pizza is the furthest from NY style. I thought their pizza was more like something from Domino’s or Little Caesars. I will say service was prompt.
