Delicious every time we go!
So the wait was 35 minutes so we decided to sit in the bar area thinking it would be faster I stood there for a good 10 minutes before someone cleaned the table then it took a bit to bring the menu we ordered drinks. Gave me the wrong drink. Had to ask for napkins. Forgot a salad. But the food was good. I did complain to the manager. But he pretty much ripped me a new hole. Good God. Customers are always right.
My biggest complaint: My steak was not prepared as I had requested. To be fair, this is not uncommon in my experiences steak houses. My steak was undercooked by 2 levels. It tasted fine. I didn't ask for it to be fixed, because I didn't want to be finishing my meal after the others in my party had finished. Was the cook incompetent? Was the waiter incompetent? He didn't call back my order, so it's possible he misunderstood me. Repeating my order back would've possibly eliminated the problem. One of my sides was a baked potato, and he didn't ask what I wanted on it. I'll take part of the blame here. I don't like sour cream, but you guessed it, it came with butter AND sour cream. Once our food was delivered, the water didn't return until well after we had finished eating. Overall, the food was satisfactory, but the service was poor. I won't be returning.
This is the second time my steak was cook improperly. When my order came out me and my husband mash potatoes were stone cold. My steak was extremely over cooked and had oil all over my plate it was very disappointing since I try to explain to my waiter before I order I had issues last time but he just kind of ignore me. It almost as if just because they take your meal off then you should be happy when they don't understand you are coming to enjoy meal with your family and now you be leaving with empty stomach it just seems like this steak house doesn't know how to make steaks.
Delicious! Our steaks we cooked perfectly and the grilled shrimp was amazing! We had great service also. It was a bit of a wait before we got a table, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommended!
Absolutely love Long Horn's Steakhouse, Food was excellent. My wife got the potato soup and loved it best around she said, and I had the Sirloin Steak grilled to perfection with rice and baked potato. Everything was delicious. We sat at the bar and Zack took very good care of us, Zack was professional and he is a great bartender. We went for our Anniversary and we are very happy that we did. Thanks for your time and we look forward to seeing you soon.
We ate in the bar we actually had the bartender as our server it was magnificent. The bartender and our server took care of the whole bar everyone else and US superbly. We had a great time the food was just as it was described in the menu it was great well cooked the steaks were marvelous and of course everything was well taken care of. We even had a couple of gift cards that were kind of a pain and our bartender took care of it and was great it was great. We will definitely return to enjoying our time mistakes were great the salad was magnificent and the company was good
David was our Waiter and he was an excellent waiter. We didn't have to ask for refills on our tea, he would bring another glass of tea over to our table whenever he seen we were low. He was very friendly and attentive. Dan the Manager is a very nice man. The food was excellent, we ordered rib eye steaks & sweet potato, it practically melted in our mouths! ? I give them 5 ? ? ? ? ? ??
Had a wonderful young man named Franklin as our waiter and the steaks were cooked to perfection. As we were leaving I told my wife that Franklin was a great young man and my intuition was right. That night we arrived home and my wife had lost her diamond bracelet we looked in the car, house and around the outside but nothing. So my wife called the restaurant and asked if anyone found her bracelet and thanks to Franklin it was safe. Thank you young man for your honesty and kindness.
Had dinner tonight for my mother-in-law’s birthday. We had the firecracker chicken appetizer which came out in no time after we ordered. They were delicious. All of us had steaks and they were all cooked perfect and seasoned well. Our sever Franklin was very attentive and polite. Upon arriving home I realized I had lost my new bracelet I received for Christmas. After searching the car and the house I called the restaurant. Our server Franklin found my bracelet and turned it into the manager, who placed it in their safe. We went right back to the restaurant to pick it up and reward Franklin! So thankful for honest people in this world. Thank you so much for a delicious meal and more importantly an awesome server!
