Was hoping for a special on National Donut Day but they did not. 1 dozen assorted donuts for about 14 bucks. It looks like they just tossed the donuts in the box so I'll deduct 1 star.
Everytime we go they don't have what we want or they get our order wrong. Some workers are very nice and one was rude when we returned the doughnuts to get the right one. She was slamming stuff down and slamming the box down.
I had a great buy one get one coupon and they had the hot sign on so I had to go and pick them up. You can never go wrong with fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts. FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS
Ordered on their app for delivery (they use door dash). The door dash guy drove by without dropping anything off. Called the store and he had never picked up my order. Went to the store to just get them myself and the manager gave me an extra half dozen doughnuts to make up for door dash's failure.
Doughnuts were not fresh, hardly no filling at all inside of filled doughnuts. Krispy Kreme has went downhill..
Full disclaimer - I have not eaten a donut from here, but the folks at the drive through always had my dozen (whether assorted or all glazed) ready the moment I got to the window. Coffee wasn't bad. Super fast and if not always friendly, professional service.
The doughnuts were very fresh, as always. The staff was super friendly, as always. We will come here for the finest KKs in all the land, as always. If you've never been when the hot light is on, do your tastebuds a favor and go. The deliciousness is worth it.
I was second in the drive through with no customers inside. It took 15 minutes to get 2 dozen donuts. Do not go to this location if you're in a hurry in the morning or on your lunch break.
