Went to get donuts on Sunday at the one in Brainerd, in Chattanooga Tn and ordered cream filled with the chocolate on top, a dozen. I have 8 of these donuts and only 2 have had cream in them and paid right 15.00 for them. This is horrible and it's not the first time it's happened. I paid for cream filled, I expect to get cream filled. Every time I have ever called or went back, they want to blame it on the machines.
Let me start by saying, my family and I loves Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Went to the Waldorf Maryland location yesterday ,set in line for about 41 minutes ,was the 9th vehicle in the drive thru ,bought 2 dozen glazed doughnuts.Opened up the box when I got home to the smallest doughnuts that cost me $23.98 . Krispy Kreme should be ashamed, decreasing the size of the doughnuts, but increasing the price. I will not be buying KK anymore . Your a wolf in sheeps clothing. You may as well down size your large boxes to accommodate the tiny doughnuts!
Poor customer service at the 259 S. Stratford Rd (W-S,NC) location. Took my family here for doughnut on 4/30. I was overcharged from my doughnuts and the employee did not attempt to make it right after I noticed that I had been overcharged. She simply stated that, “You have to be a rewarded member” (which I am) and closed the drive thru window. Lost customer for life!!!!
Horrible stale donuts and the worst customer service. Bella the assistant manager was not very accommodating. I’m from Vermont and we do not have a Krispy Kreme. This was totally unexpected. Customer service is gone to hell!
Wow, Sticker Shock on One Dozen Variety Doughnut's in NM! I just went to a NM Krispy Kreme Location 5 Days ago after first calling to verify & see if this Krispy Kreme Shop had the well wanted & very popular Glazed Chocolate Cake Doughnut's in stock. No body at the Krispy Kreme Location would answer the Phone & I was immediately redirected to a Voicemail System instead of true Customer Service on the Phone. I decided to go ahead & Drive over there to check on this one & only specific Doughnut Flavor that I eat & will purchase from Krispy Kreme as for I did for Years up until lately as for this Krispy Kreme location as well as the other NM Locations are no longer making or selling the Glazed Chocolate Cake Doughnut's which is a total bummer for those of us who really enjoyed & went to Krispy Kreme specifically for the Glazed Chocolate Cake Doughnut's. When I drove up, there were no other Customer's at this NM Krispy Kreme Location. Therefore, there is no real excuse or reason not to be answering Customer Phone Calls like mine!While I was here, I went ahead & purchased a Dozen variety Doughnut's for my Mom, Father & young Nephew upon their request excluding, the no longer carried or sold Glazed Chocolate Cake Doughnut's. When the Cashier rang me up for them my total came out to over $17.00 for just one Dozen Variety Doughnut's. The last time my Family purchased a Dozen Krispy Kreme Doughnut's, they cost at or around $12 to $13 Dollars. Therefore, I am now totally done with supporting Krispy Kreme Doughnut's & will be boycotting them due to the new high Sticker Shock as well as, no longer being able to find or buy my one & only favorite Krispy Kreme Doughnut that I purchased for Years from them being the Glazed Chocolate Cake Doughnut that seems to be totally discontinued & no longer made or no longer made & sold in NM at Krispy Kreme Locations.
Fenton, MO. What a horrible experience. On February 11 I pre ordered the valentine special for my grandkids. Picking up the 13th. I wait in line twenty-five minutes, only to be told they don't have any. Due to the sales through out the day. I'm sorry shouldn't pre order come first. They are ordered and payed for. They tell me come back the next day at three thirty. They will have them plus a refund. The next day they tell me they don't have a order for anyone by my name. Get to the window they ask for twenty-six plus dollars. I say uh no. Again they ask what did you order. I tell them. They come back and shove a regular box out the window to me, no words. I ask , where is my valentine box. We're out of them. When I opened the box that was the most pitiful looking donuts. Very sloppy decoration. Nothing like they showed. Check their website. They are still taking orders for them. Plus they charged my account. I realize things happen. I don't understand, if you are making these in the store what's the problem. Can't back it up , don't promote and advertise.
went to Krispy Kreme a few weeks ago. Phone attendant at the drive thru was rude, but just got my donuts and left. Today, ordered 6 donuts, 4 glazed and 2 raspberry filled. Got halfway home, and there were 4 glazed, and 2 chocolate donuts. Turned around, asked for the manager, and explained the mistake. No apology, no offer to fix it. I've never seen such HORRIBLE customer service in my life! They were not busy at all. How do you screw-up a 6 donut order w/only 2 kinds of donuts ordered? Won't be back....ever! Tulsa, OK. place SUCKS!!!
I grew up with Krispy Kreme donuts. The best part are the hot glazed. Only company tht serves them hot. Nothing like them. They are the bestWent to get a dozen today and found out corporate won't let them serve hot donuts all-day. They only serve hot at certain times now. Very disappointed.I drive 45 minutes one way to get hot glazed donuts.Guess I won't be going to Krispy Kreme anymore. I can get hard, cold donuts anywhere.What a shame. They branched out to other states and they weren't hot. Those businesses didn't do well at allGood bye to a one of a kind donut shop. ?Way to go Corporate America!
People waiting in the drive thru and people in the store are getting service fast. I am over supporting this organization , no more purchases or fundraisers …. Last 2 vouchers. I have been in line over 30mins and still here
We ordered the 3 pack donuts. 2 chocolate Bavarian cream and 1 chocolate cream filled. All 3 donuts were stale and very little cream in any of them. We will find a different place to buy our donuts from now on. This was at the Hilliard store. Very disappointed because we love our Krispy Kreme
