I ate here for the 1st time today. I order the hibachi chicken n steak and it was soooo good. The lady offered to bring my food out to my car even though we was ready to go in a get it after it was done. I've been getting my Hibachi from another place but kimonos has gain my business as a 1st time customer. Thank you for the good food and excellent service. Everything was perfectly proportioned.I will definitely recommend. ????
Excellent, excellent, excellent...very attentive when you walk in their doors, courteous and eager to serve. The food tastes good, flavorful and not greasy but fresh. I will be a repeat customer. Their prices are fairly reasonable.
Fire rolls are the best! Spicy teriyaki chicken w/ noodles is awesome too!This was the place where I had sushi for the first time and the fire roll has had me in love ever since. Thank you for the great food!Other Kimono locations do not compare to this one ?
Horrible service will not keep a drink full. Can not get a order right out of 4 times of going there personally will never go back to this place again will find a new sushi place to eat at.
Really good food, big portions & appears covid conscious. Will definitely eat here again.
Employees are always pleasant…especially the wait staff. Food comes quick and is of good quality! Glad they are back open for dining in.
I experienced the worst customer service from the manager at this location. My husband and I ordered two teriyaki chicken and well done steak combination plates and received rare steaks for both . The steaks were bright red and were extremely rubbery . I called to complain about what we had discovered and was told that it was not rare, it was our concern and that we were unaware of what a well done steak should look like . After being told we were not telling the truth , my husband decided to drive back 30 minutes to return the plates and to show proof of the poorly cooked food. The manager was not apologetic nor was she willing to refund the food . She instead went back and forth and was in complete denial . The ONLY reason why she instructed the cooks to remake the food because two customers walked in about the same issue. One star is exactly what this entire establishment deserves .

It’s good as always. Pricier than other similar restaurants around but trust me, it’s because the quality of their food is much higher. Always quick and accurate with my order.
We celebrate my birthday for dinner! The food was fresh and delicious! Our waiter was patient with us as we had many questions! I will definitely go back again!
