Left earlier . Came here today on this Mother's Day Sunday w/ my Mom . Ordered her food , seen my good friends Roger & Greg ( my former Managers from the other KFC store ) . . . . they hooked it up ! Food was piping hot ! Looked , smelled & tasted great ! Will return ! Always excellent customer service & great food ! Thanks , Roger ??? -Archie
First visiting this KFC, the chicken was great, the gravy was the perfect thickness and flavor. The mashed potatoes were not great but frankly I get them fir the gravy and knew that in advance. Need time I will try the Long John Silver's side of things.
In this day and age, it is very uncommon to find nice, polite, and professional employees at fast food restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find just that at this KFC! Kudos to you, and I've found a new favorite spot for take-out!
Wait time is horrible with only 3 customers in the store. Fried shrimp was DRIPPING in oil and cold! No carbonation in drink machine, out of cole slaw, list goes on and on. NEVER returning.

SLOW! I cannot believe the experience I had at this establishment. They asked me to pull up from the window and someone would bring me the order and then the literally forgot about me. 8 cars approached the window, received their orders and drove around me. I'm watching people walk in, order and leave. I had to go in - took 18 minutes to receive my order.
This place should close it doors. Refused service in the drive through, said you needed cash then you need to come in. Went in and waited for 10 minutes after waiting in line for 10 minutes. They knew I was standing there and refused to acknowledge me much less take my order. Eventually left, felt as if they did not won't to serve me because of the color of me skin.Drive three exist down and was served like a normal fast food place should.I found this experience a bitter pill.
Rude not curtsy and turtle slow fast food this isn't the place for you 35 to 45 minutes for a combo just rude hurry and go, would have fit if that was the service I received but it was slow and disorganized
Placed a large order was told 30 mins ok I get that get to the store they haven't even started it another 45 mins before it's done and tried to make me pay for it again after paying on the app and while I waited for my order to be finished they servers 10 other orders never again from this store
The staff was very nice. I ordered online & they had the order ready on time. The food was great!
