Food was good staff was friendly but I went to this location twice & both times the wait after paying in the drive-thru was 20 minutes or more & I went when they wasn't busy both times
I ordered a 8 piece family meal and I got 5 pieces of chicken. Then they would not answer the phone. I was hesitant to order because they did not have any customers. I will never order from Hanes Mall blvd kfc again. 2 adults with two kids, that’s why I ordered an 8 piece. I am not happy.
The staff was extremely rude. I ordered my food waited over five minutes at the speaker to then be greeted and told to wait again. The order taker was talking to someone else the entire time, interrupting me, laughing and saying “I’m dead.” I then get told to pull up after I pay, where I wait almost 20 minutes for them to give me cold food and fries. 20 minutes for this?? I only ordered one combo. I have worked in fast food and I try to not be a “Karen” but this is ridiculous. When I said something about my food the person got an attitude and said “we had big orders so you have to wait”. But I was pulled to the front parking lot and no cars entered the drive through while I was there… this place is terrible man. Update: I waited over 10 minutes for my fries to get replaced, I just asked for a refund and gave the food back.

This is consistently the worst kfc in winston salem. You can even say its the worst kfc in north carolina. The staff is rude. The wait is always long. Horrible food quality. Something needs to change. Dont even think about buying food here. Just skip it. I never leave bad reviews because i come from a restaurant background. This review just proves how poorly run this restaurant is.
I think the chicken was on a diet. Those were the smallest chicken legs I've ever seen. A long chicken drummer...geesh....but the service was good
Poor customer service!!! Had to keep repeating my order to clarify and make sure they added everything coz person taking orders is hurrying us….by the time we reached home, there were Missing items items on my order, can’t even go back to complain coz they didn't include the receipt inside the bag. Don’t go to this location!!!
Customer service is horrible. My chicken & biscuit were raw. Called the KFC customer service line…offered to refund my money including $10 to accommodate my order. The manager refused to honor the request. Horrible service. Very disappointed
I have had so many issues with this KFC. They do t open on time, have you just sit at the speaker or just not have chicken… don’t waste your time here.
