If you are passing through Winston-Salem for whatever reason you have to stop here. I've been going to this place since I was in high school. Hands down one of the best spots. Family owned restaurant. The only one. Footlong hot dogs the pink ones, homemade milkshake and their buster burgers are truly amazing. The have it all. Bring your appetite. You can't just choose one thing. Oh and the B&G apple pies they still have?
Great locals owned and run spot for anyone who has t been there yet. Definitely check them out!
Good food and great service by great people.
Always good food which helped since several waitresses could not stop talking loudly and openly about a customer they perceived as racist because he was shocked at the price of a hot dog. They really need a manager that controls the behavior of their staff.
Grew up in KVille but have lived in Florida for the past 20. So nice to come back and enjoy a real Carolina chili slaw dog with those red hot dogs. Crispy crinkle fries and Cherwine too! Great service- will always come back when in town.
Foot long special with fries and medium drink for $7.99 is hard to beat. The food was good! I'm a Nathan's guy, but these were the Carolina Red weiners. Still great foot and great service

I have eaten at Kermit’s for as long as I can remember and never less than great! The employees are always over the top nice. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. One of my favorite places to eat!
Best hot dogs in Winston Salem hands down . Best paminto cheese sandwiches ever. Burgers are fantastic. All the food is great. Ive gone here for years. The service is amazing and it has the dive vibe with curbside pickup. GO HERE and experience the best hot dogs ever.
