This is the most dishonest company I have ever made a purchase from. After making a purchase of an edible printer from them, I realized very quickly that it was defective. I sent them an email describing the problem and asked for a refund or exchange. I realize they have a very specific policy on this matter. I got an email from one of there "tech" who asked me for a video of my problem, which I provided for him. After many more videos and emails, the "tech" told me that I would have to tape the edible paper each time I use the printer. They refused to exchange the printer and now I'm stuck with a printer that doesn't work.
Update: after posting this review and filing a complaint with BBB they blocked my ip address from their site. BUYERS BEWARE!!Ordered 2 packages of the Frostino Icing Sheets size 11x17". One of the packages that I received is unusable as there is a 4" length hole in the package. Being its a food product I explained to the company that I either need a refund or a replacement sent out to me as I am not going to use a package that I received basically open with a hole in it as that is unsanitary.Email I received back from company:It must have been torn open during the shipping process, all packages are inspected in the facility before their departure. It would be wise to insert these into a different bag to avoid drying during storage.Really? Um common sense you wouldn't use a product in the grocery store if the seal was broken or open as that is very unsanitary. HORRIBLE company and customer service as they expect you to use a food product that you received open doesn't matter if it was during shipment or not which I can't see how it happened during shipment with the way it was packaged but either way I shouldn't be told to use a food product that was received opened.FYI: Company also operates under name Ink4Cakes
Stay Away! Most unprofessional business I've worked with in 53 years! (Liars)Please stay away from this business!!!This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with in my 53 years of cake decorating!I purchased 96 edible icing sheets (supreme icing sheets).Nowhere in the information that they provided did they say these icing sheets did not work in all printers.(Actually If it did it should've said most printers)Needless to say they did not work in any of my three different printers.They cost me hundred and $125.00.24 the sheets got jammed crumpled and stuck in my three printers.They refused to reimburse me for the 96 sheets.They said they would only reimburse me for the unopened unused portion which was 72 sheets.I paid around $20 to have them shipped back to them.They lied and only reimburse me for 48 sheets .This transaction cost me almost $75 for nothing but a really big headache, a bunch of lies , Excuses and attitude.This jerk had the nerve to tell me I should've bought a sample pack instead of 96 icing sheets.If I knew that There icing sheets didn't work In most printers I would've gotten a sample pack.I still can't believe I paid to have 72 sheets sent back still unopened and they had the balls to only reimburse me for two thirds of them 48 sheets.These guys are very unprofessional liar's Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
