First time ever being definitely going back
Walked in at 7:40 pm. I was the 4th person in line. The gentleman in front of me and I was told they were out of bread. They only had wheat slices (like sandwich bread)! Sorry, we are about to close there is another Jimmy John’s on Hanes Mall! Um the bread is one of the reasons I came here!So disappointed!

You advertise qickest delivery in area, false advertisement! took over an hour to receive my order and i live 1 mile from store!
Delicious food. I got the #1.. ham and cheese sub. Very good. Nice choices for free add on. Grandson got#11 an Italian meats sub. Looked so good I plan to get that one next time. Friendly staff. Not busy when we first arrived but got busy soon afterwards. The staff moved the line along quickly and still friendly
First time eating anything from here. Pretty good food, staff was friendly and easy going. Fast service on the food. Will try to visit again.
If i could give this place a minus 1 star i would. Not only did the two young ladies huff and blow to the counter when i walked in from sitting down, they proceeded to insult me saying and i quote " you'd think you'd know after you place your order your supposed to walk to the end of the counter." Employee got even more agitated when i stood there and watched her make my food. I think these ladies need employment outside of customer service. Great food, almost always (1 sub made incorrectly in years) right. Super fast and when I said a crazy amount of peppers they did exactly what I asked.
