Absolutely one of the worst ! 3 times I’ve ordered and live less that a half mile from them. And all 3 times I’ve ordered there it’s taken over an hour to get to me. Sandwiches were soggy. And when you try to call they put the phone off the hook. Last time I’ll ever order from this location.
I ordered my food online & when I got there it was ready. Best service ever!
Fairly good staff and good subs. It's like a Starbucks with a chill vibe, but less crowded.

Been going here for several years and generally is solid. Unfortunately however the quality of their sandwiches and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. Pretty disappointing when you pay $12 for what looks like one dollop of tuna salad on the sandwich. Two pictures attached… In one you can see the size of the sandwich next to the napkin, and in the other you can see the size of the sandwich next to my pinky finger. Both give perspective of portion size. Really looks silly. This is a snack, not a sandwich. I gave them three stars because of my past history with him, but if this was my first time it would be lower. I am hoping it’s just a one off.
I HATE this Jimmy John's location. I frequent this location for both pick-up and delivery since I work at a hospital that is in close proximity to this store. After today, I won't be ordering from this store any more. Let's recap my last 3 orders from this Jimmy John's location: Today, I waited approx. 30 minutes for my delivery (definitely not freaky fast), especially when the store is maybe 2 or 3 miles away, if that. Last week when I ordered, they forgot my chips that I ordered. And a few weeks ago in April, they forgot my large drink (which is extra charge by the way). The delivery driver realized he forgot it and then went to the gas station to get me a canned version of the soda I ordered... that whole experience was super sketch... not to mention the bread was extremely hard during this order as well. I just want a good experience at this location. They are not friendly or thorough at this Jimmy John's location.
I have always had great experiences when I walk in to order sandwiches. JJs prides themselves on their delivery service, but I've never had a good experience with the delivery from this location. My address is not difficult to deliver to, yet every time I've ordered delivery, the order ends up at a door other than mine. They've also delivered to a location the street over from mine (different named street) before as well. Please improve delivery.
We were in town for the night and wanted something quick to take back to our hotel room. We were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter when we walked in the door and made to feel welcome. Our order was taken and as soon as she took the order, she was making our sandwiches. We both got the Italian Night Club and it was so good. The bread was fresh and it was very filling. We love Jimmy Johns!
Whoever heard of putting mayonnaise on an Italian sandwich. When I called the manager he didn't even apologize. Due to this review the franchise owner reached out to me with an apology. I will give this location another chance to shine!
Not worth the price
