I typically love this Jimmy Johns but I am actually appalled at what happened to me today. I ordered a sandwich and got the wrong sandwich delivered to me (mistakes happen, no big deal). I call them to let them know and the guy argued that everything was on the sandwich. They send the delivery guy back to give me a new sandwich who is also the same guy that made the sandwich and argued on the phone. He followed me up to my apartment and requested to see the original sandwich and then dug through it with his hands and then left. I am frustrated, disturbed, and actually just plain out confused.

Great staff, every time I go the staff is all black and that's super imo. They know their stuff and can offer good ideas if you haven't tried some of the subs.

It was almost $24 for two meals... I got the beefy Bleu and my daughter got the Cubano. They advertise super fresh bread but our bread was so hard it hurt my mouth when I bit it. Without a doubt it was the worst sandwich altogether I've ever eaten... The insides were okay, but the bread is what makes a sandwich a sandwich and it was terrible. My daughter described it as the dollar store version of subway. We will not go back.

My other favorite place to eat when downtown. Love the subs.i Always try different subs. I might try the new sub they got.
I asked for bacon and they charge me two dollars for it and then they didn’t put it on the sandwich.

I placed and online order waited for over an hour it said order was subway then order was received I called to check on the order and the guy who answered the phone had the nastiest attitude saying we are out bread I asked when was someone gonna let me that my order wasn’t gonna be for filled he made the comment we busy so what you want me to stop what we’re doing I will never buy another thing from this jimmy johns again
