3:45pm, 05/13/2022 ordered philly steak with no onions, replace with mushrooms.order was all wrong came out with onions and mushrooms but no peppers. Had to buy another and the woman acknowledged her error and walked away and stayed away from the front. I was not given a discount. On University Parkway near E. Hanes Mill Rd. Here their cook area is towards the back so you cannot see them making your sandwich...i rather be able to watch them cooking the food... had i been able i could have catched it and remind them no onions.
I am writing this to complain about racist discrimination at the Jersey Mike in Winston Salem on University. This place is horrible and they treat their customers of color poorly. I am requesting to speak to someone immediately about the matter.“Do Not Spend your money at this location”
Why have a dedicated phone line for taking orders if you never answer it. It constantly claims to be taking other orders - so I’d expect there to be a line 2 miles long for pick ups. Do better.
Well worth the Price. Yes it's more expensive than the Pre-Packaged store meat at a Trash Sub Shops like Subway.Jersey Mikes is hands down the Best. Service is Impeccable always, Food is Great. High Quality and Fresh Cut. Fresh Veggies.There will be those who complain because they expect all that for $5. Go eat Trash and substandard Subs elsewhere.Store is always clean. I have only visited one elsewhere that was a bit off, All others have been perfect. This one is tops in my book.My Son of course was disappointed when the Meatball Sub was taken off the Menu. Bring it back....Highly Recommend this Location and Jersey Mike's as a Whole.It's your choice, Pay up for Excellence at Jersey Mike's or Save a coin and eat at the Green and Yellow Mystery Meat Fellowship Hall of the Crystal Meth- odist Church of Subs.
The food and quality of food was great, one of the employees that was preparing the food was rude and disrespectful, everyone has a bad day from time to time. I will visit again.
A half a tuna sub, chips and medium drink for over $14.00! Listed on my bill were $1.15 for a piece of cheese and $3.49 for my drink. I can go fine restaurant and not pay $3.49 for a medium drink! My 2 stars are for the service, which was fine. The bread was soggy wet in the time it took to walk from the line to my table. Yuck! But there is a good side to all bad experiences. Today's total sales were donated to Special Olympics, which is the reason I ate there. I was happy to donate but I won't be back until another donation day comes around.
I haven't been there before and I don't like how they wipe the counter with a damp cloth then place your bread on the counter when it's still wettt uugghhh please help them figure out an alternative way to insure the customer is safe because that is sooo gross and unsanitary wet cloths have germs and putting ones breading it is unsanitary ? but their sandwiches are awesome greattt ?
I called and asked if I could place an order and if they could bring it to my car. I have been sick for quite a while. My body wanted a jersey mikes sub. They told me absolutely. They brought it to my car and told me they hoped I felt better soon. My heart is full with love for the kindness of so many in these difficult times. I have a huge shout out on my Facebook page. This sub will last me for 6 meals! Thank you so much for shining your light in times of darkness!
Jeff, the manager, was such a great host. He made us a wonderful sandwich and explained how the menu was laid out. He had interesting historical knowledge about his building and I appreciate his sharing with us. Thank you Jeff! My daughter and I didn't get to tell you in-person how good your food is.
Love their Steak&Portobello with perrers and onions on the sage parmasan bread? I think that was it,but it was awesome!
