Very rude staff member, African American, young woman, with long braids. Gave us the wrong order, or took it down wrong. She was too focused on talking over us while we were ordering. She was very short in communicating with us.We were very kind, polite to her. It was not busy at the time.
Although my sandwhich was great and the service was awesome , I had a issue with the slicer sweeping and then going to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change his gloves before he continued. It’s just unsanitary in the food service
Zero stars should be a thing. I prefer the location on University. They put this one to SHAME. I wasn’t greeted for 3 minutes while an associate sat there cutting meat in front of me. Once they finally noticed my existence.. I tried to put in my order, just for them to take the order of the person behind me since he was a “regular” she proceeded to tell me to give my order to the other employee who was conversing with the “regular” behind me. She never took my order. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the person who originally ignored me at the counter. AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. meat and cheese does not consist of onions..this isn’t just one bad experience, there have been many. This one just pushed it over the edge. I’ll gladly drive 20 minutes to University instead. New staff or etiquette/customer service training is needed
Showed up 30 minutes before close and all signage was off. There were people inside so I decided to try it anyway. There were 2 other customers in front of me. The girl making the sandwiches had an attitude. I was unaware of the kind of bread there was and when i asked she rolled her eyes and walked away.. After making only 1 of my sandwiches she walked away again. I was standing there and she walked by and said "you need something else" I told her I needed 2 more sandwiches. She then told all of us that another employee would check us out. When I told her I still needed 2 more sandwiches she said "yeah i know I'll make them. When I get to them. " Then walked away again. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's. First impressions are what makes us and that first impressions makes me never want to come back. I didn't even get me a sub because of this..
Not impressed! Food was cold and I ordered the #17 which is normally hot. Counters were nasty. As we were eating our cold dinner, we noticed the bread rack was never covered nor were the add ones. The food prep area also looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day by the amount of food on the floor. Probably will not be back. Doesn't compare to the Clemmons location or University Pkwy location. Staff were not very friendly either.
I’ve been to hundreds of jersey mikes. This is far and away the best sandwich I’ve had. Everything on the table was fresh and even fresher tasting on the sandwich. My lunch date ordered a hot sub which also looked amazing filled with a good amount of mushrooms upon request. 10/10 experience and will be making the trip back to Winston Salam just for the jersey mikes.
Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop, however, I don't appreciate the worker operating the cash register, picking up pens that all the other workers have handled and then picking up my sandwich to wrap it. That needs to change!
Jersey Mike's is just better. Ebony is the best! I repeat, Ebony IS the BEST! It was slammed for lunch and her team was fantastic. She made our sandwiches to perfection at the same time as a bunch of other orders. She was cheerful, outgoing, and detail oriented all at the same time. I tipped her very generously, but it's no substitute for the raise she absolutely deserves! I've been coming here for 4 years, and even though they are usually fantastic, this was my best experience by far.Got a giant #13, Mikes way, no mayo, add CPR and a giant #3, Mikes way, no onion, no tomato, add mayo, add mustard. They were perfect.I can't speak for some of these 1 star reviews, but I can speak for me and I've never had a problem at this location, day or night. I've had one issue with an online order that they were happy to correct, but I do prefer to order in person. The staff is always outgoing, and the food is fantastic. Thank you Ebony! You made my day.
Very pleasant and kind people that wait on you especially a nice gentleman wish I knew his name. There's not many people in the work force who are pleasant and cheerful to people. Will go again definitely to Jersey Mike's on Hanes Mall Blvd.
This place doesn't deserve stars. 02/06/2022 my husband and I decided to grab our favorite sandwiches. My last few dollars. Thought it was worth it. But unfortunately it was a disaster. I received my sandwiches they were cold. I'm pregnant so this was a huge craving for me. I explained that to the lady and she said she didn't like my tone of voice. Just that was awful as if she was trying to pick a fight with me. As she was remaking them because she scared me up a bit. Not a person to have working at a place of business. I have a heart condition bad anxiety she threatened to call the police on me. Guys this was a terrible experience she remade the sandwiches and they was terrible. Sloopy she needs to be fired. If I come back here and see her working I will report this establishment to Department of LABOR. SOMEONE WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS New management
