I thought the place originally looked delicious, but after waiting for an entire line to be attended to before getting my missing veggie sub for my DoorDash order was disappointing

Went to Jersey Mike’s on Cloverdale today and they acted like they were in such a rush. They even didn't give me time to tell them what I wanted or did not want on my subs, nor did they get the sizes I wanted right! My chicken bacon ranch sub was sloppy. I unwrapped the paper and half of the meat was in the paper and a tomato on top of sandwich, not even inside bread. I was supposed to have a giant sub on another order and ended up with a regular when I got back to work! Lastly other sub didn't end up with what I wanted on it because they didn't even take the time to ask me what I wanted on it, but instead just made it their way! FIREHOUSE subs, here I come!!

I love jersey mikes but I will not be returning to this location. I went on my break, like I normally do, and they were very busy. I get that. After ordering with my boyfriend, who ordered a hot sub, the man forgot to make my sub. After I politely asked if he was making my sub, he said he had forgot and he’d make it right then. Not a big deal.My issue is that once I got back to work I opened my sub and it was incorrect. I order the same thing every time, a number 9, I don’t even say the name of the sub. I also should add I don’t eat ham, so I would not have ordered this sub. I called back and the “assistant manager” answered. He happened to be the one that took my order. After telling me that I ordered something different and he definitely knew that, he refused to refund me anything. I was told I would have to bring the sub back, which I couldn’t do because I was at work now and my break was over. It just seems very ridiculous to me that I was offered no compensation for a sub I didn’t even want. I was really just perplexed that I was being told that I was wrong and I ordered a “club sub,” when I never said the name of the sub and only said number 9 (which is a club supreme by the way). Why argue with a customer over their order? Either way this store needs a better “assistant manager” that doesn’t argue with customers over their order and try to make it seem like they are in the wrong.

We had a road game at a local college and needed a place that could have our meals ready. Not only were the subs for 15 ready, they were absolutely delicious. I communicated with the store manager and gave him a list of subs with our players names and sandwich selections. Every player and coach were more than satisfied. We will definitely be using them again when we are in the area. I have already shared the stores information with the other coaches at our college!!! Great Job & Thanks again!!!!!

So they close at 9pm. I just walked in at 7:45 and they have all the tables put up and say I can not stay and eat my dinner. All the while they are sitting on their butts doing nothing. They had no intention of trying to be helpful or polite. I asked them if their owner approved of this and one of them said they were the owner. Of course she is lying because I know who the owner is. I smiled and left. I have driven two hours to come see my dad who was just admitted to the hospital across the street. All I needed was a few quick minutes to eat my sub and head out. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes the necessary changes with these staff members. By the way, Chic Fil A was happy for my business. They could not have more pleasurable.

I always order using the app. For the second time, I ordered a chicken philly and when I got home I had a regular philly. When I tried to call no one would answer. The last time that I registered an online complaint it took 3 weeks to get a response. I’m done with the Cloverdale location in Winston Salem and refuse to order from there again.

Don't not door dash from this location never received food. Dasher put the food outside a locked door at the hospital i work at on the sidewalk. There is only one entrance open all others are locked. Called dasher multiple times no answer. He sent a picture but I couldn't find food. It was dark and I was standing outside for 30 minutes. Walked all around the hospital and couldn't find it. What a waist of $70 plus of food.

I've gotten lunch at this location since May, and every time I tell myself it's going to get better because I enjoy Jersey Mike's and this one is closest to my work. It been awful,they make my online order incorrect, it seems like every time, very rude employee, seems like you're inconveniencing them by just been there. I'm not going to stop being a customer at Jersey Mike's, but will change locations, very disappointing
