delicious! one of the best sushi places we’ve been to!
Located n the large Cloverdale Plaza parking lot off Miller Street behind Starbucks & Cagney's near Dollar Tree. I was helped as soon as I walked n. The restaurant was clean, looked nice & it smelled delicious inside. Looking over the menu showed lots to choose from such as: sushi, salads, soups & much more + some of my favorite hibachi menu items (similar 2 Kimono's or Tokyo Japenese Steakhouse but much cheaper)! My takeout order was ready & brought 2 me fairly quick, the price was reasonable 4 the type & amount of yummy food I received. It tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant 2 others.
The customer service was beyond expected very polite and friendly and accommodation from staff was great to pick from the front and back of 4 pages and the recommendations for select the sauce was fabulous really recommend the local yum Yum sauce and ever item was Cookedfresh to order. And the value of the funds equals the food.
Ordered on Postmates, doesn’t ask how you want your steak cooked and they automatically sent me basically raw steak... not to mention you only get 4 or five pieces, they also forgot my shrimp sauce and my boba tea wasn’t nearly worth $8. Watered down and small. Wouldn’t recommend
Service was very slow & we were the only ones in the restaurant. Tempura rolls had a different taste. My daughter said her chicken ramen seemed like it was unseasoned but the sweet tea was good
I ordered DoorDash from this restaurant and they did not put the shrimp sauce in the bag to be picked up. I then drove to the restaurant my self to get the sauce and showed the worker my order. He proceeds to make me PAY for additional sauce after stating that my order should have come with two. He stated that the lady in the back said she put it in there. I told him it was not in the bag nor the box and he still made me pay for it. That is bad customer service.
My wife and I dpent $50 plus a $7 tip for Postmates. 1st off the app foesnt let you select the way you want steak cooked. 2nd. It doesn't day if it comes with rice or a house salad which for $50 youd think so. You can have a chef cook for you for those prices. My wife got 3 tiny shrimp and nibbletts of filet
Filet was tough and we got 8 pieces of it in the dinner order. White sauce tastes like water. Disgusting all around. Never again.
Order food from here and when we received it they messed up our entire order. Gave us Hibachi steak instead of teriyaki. One plate was full plate of mushrooms 6 tiny pieces of steak and no veggies when we simply asked them to ADD zucchini... the other came with 6 small pieces of steak mushrooms and carrots. Worst part Is when we asked the to make it right by either a refund or making food over, they refused and came up with every excuse as to why. Very bad business and 1st experience trying them. Never will again
I only got a couple of things, but they have a HUGE variety of real Japanese dishes, including ramen, udon and soba noodles, boba tea, red bean and matcha ice creams, and a ton of sushi and sashimi. I only wish they were closer to my hometown so I could go more often.
