Had lunch here today. The employees seemed harried even though the restaurant was customer light. Got to hear two employees argue about making up silverware/napkin packets. The food was good, but difficult to order due to not many options other than what was locked into that meal. I was able to substitute a side of broccoli for my pancakes but paid an upcharge for sour cream. If you are low carb, or Keto, look elsewhere. Omelets are made with pancake batter, so that was a no-no. The bill was not itemized, so it was hard to determine if I were charged correctly. To be fair, our waitress was good. All in all, I'll probably pick elsewhere next time.
First of all some weird lady took forever to get us a table and they were down a chair, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come and get our drinks and they have a grown child a small cup of apple juice that she could finish in one sip. They apple juice probably gave me diabetes. It took about and hour for the food? the guy who brought our food was nice though he sang for us?. Anywyas got me some boba after this #slay ???

Great location. I got a special with 2 pancakes and sausage. My wife got a melt. The waitress was awesome. We will be back.
Food was good as expected. What was terrible was that the male who greeted us at the door and seated us had "sagging pants" exposing his underwear. Not only that but he walked around with his hands inside the back of his pants to hold them up. I mentioned this to the manager who was apologetic, but did not take the sort of immediate action to correct this that would be expected. Unsanitary to say the least, not to mention unprofessional. This is not the wholesome image that I believe IHOP wants to project.
I placed a curbside order and order was brought out 20 minutes later by a woman who yelled from the door asking if it was my order. Yes ma'am, I am the only Jeep Loredo in the curbside spots. She seems to be very slowly walking to the car so I get out and meet her because I realize it's icy at the door. I say, "sorry, I didn't realize it's icy." and she snaps "yeah" at me. ok? i say thank you, she ignores me. Not to mention, I am still in my scrubs as I just got off of work, where I work with COVID patients. I feel as if it may have been clear that I was hesitant to come inside due to my work circumstances, but maybe not. Maybe this location needs to ask their employees to treat people a little nicer.
The meal was great and so was the service.They were very efficient and pleasant as well as.The food was on time,hot,and presentation was great and the food was delicious.
My friends and I did not enjoy our time here. We barely saw our waitress the whole time and it took 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Then it took 10 minutes to get our drinks which arrived just before our food. I got pancakes and they were good, but other items our party got were not very good. After I finished my food I tired to stack my plate onto another and found the bottom of my plate was covered in dried food. I understand the place could be understaffed but a lot of the issues we had could of been avoided.
1 star. 1. This place had an attentive wait staff and thats all the good they had. It may be christmas and it may be packed but every table adjacent to me had the incorrect order. Mine was RAW ive never been more angry at a restraunt in my life then when asked about the raw food the response i was given was "sorry were packed" sorry but thats not a good reason to hand out repeated bad food and salmonella. Im contacting the health department. This was completely unnacceptable. I hope the waitress enjoys her tip though because shes the only person there who deserves praise. Every time i needed something she showed up about the time i was ready. I hope she can find a better place of employment because if i have anything to say about it this place will be shut down.
