First time I've ever been there but I'll be going back. They have the typical menu of burgers, chicken and fries, etc but where they're different than other places is their potato menu. I got the potato with chicken, cheese, butter, sour cream and jalapenos. The potatoes are ginormous!!! It filled the whole plate and I couldn't eat it all!!! I love baked potatoes and this is my new go to place!! Next time I'll be sure to take a picture!
This place is quick not too expensive yummy easy to find (right down the rd n front of Forsyth Hospital) + they have a drive thru (how awesome is that FRFR)! It's like a Greek (Grecian Corner) restaurant meets a fast food restaurant (Cook Out) meets a nicer higher rated place (Jason's Deli). They have salads, soups, Greek seasoned chicken or pork platters, you can even get giant potatoes with many options for toppings similar to Jason's Deli. I bought a chicken &broccoli cheese potato. It was huge & delicious. I ate on that damn thing 4 times! I think Grecian Corner has a little better tasting food & tzaziki sauce but the prices + how quick you receive the food (just about immediately) makes them pretty even in my book. You can eat inside, @ their outside tables, take out or drive thru. They have restrooms you can use + a large handicapped accessible parking lot. Go check them out 1 day you are searching for a new restaurant in Winston to try out.
Buffalo chicken spud = A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! A little messy but boy was it worth it. I look forward to going back and trying more menu items but currently the Buffalo chicken spud is my NEW favorite!
Goody’s has very good food. My family and I have been eating there since I was 16. The chicken strips are my favorite. I also like the chicken filly, buffalo wings, and the large spuds. The breakfast food is also good. I am a VERY picky eater and I can eat almost everything on the menu. They have good gravy biscuits. If you don’t care much for biscuits, they can make you a breakfast sandwich on a bun. They also have good breakfast platters. The family that runs it are very nice. They have a good grilled chicken sandwich, which along with Any other sandwich, you cash get deluxe. That includes fries, slaw, and 2 onion rings. You can also get any sandwich as a combo, which includes fries and a drink. They also have very good sweet tea! If you have no tried GOODYS you are missing out. There’s something for everyone. At ib
I went to Goodys grill for the first time tonight.I experienced fast friendly service.I got the Philly cheese steak topped tater ( baked potato).it was delicious.fully loaded and steaming hot.It was the size of my dinner plate! Great deal.The restaurant was clean and we'll lit with several flat screen TVs you could watch.There were booths and tables for you to sit at.they have a drive thru.
Best breakfast in town. Always fresh and persistent...I like knowing what to expect each time. One of our favorite spots and the young lady at the drive through always has a beautiful smile. Great food, outstanding service! Thank you Goody's♥️

First time visiting today. Was reccomended by a friend and now I see why. Great food at a good price. Where in the world to they find taters that big. I got the fred chicken spud and the wife got the Philly cheese spud. It was too big for her to finish. I will reccomend and will be back.
I have been going to Goodys Grill for about 1 and a half years now and always say the same thing damn there food is great.There service is top notch and you do feel like family ? when you are there the son and daughter both work there and the make it clear they won't you happy about or food and service the place is very clean.You also get the family feeling when they are messing with each other one of Winston-Salem hidden Jems.All the food is big and price is low compared to others.I do not post reviews much at all but this place has been constantly great
