We visited this location for my 6yr old granddaughter’s birthday. My granddaughter needed to use the restroom the restroom had an out of service signed at the door. The girl at counter said the restroom was out of order because they were out of toilet paper. My husband open the restroom to wash his hand and he saw there’s were over 3 rolls of toilet paper just there. The girl that help us was rude and lacks customer service empathy, 99.9 is not what you say but how you say it and your body language towards people. This location is close to the Brenner Children’s hospital hence the reason we were here. To say we felt unwelcome is an understatement.
This place has amazing customer service!!!I can't say that enough! The owner Lavie helped me and she was impeccable .I was trying to send my boyfriend a little surprise for Valentine’s Day today and I'm from Chicago. I spent all morning trying so hard to find a place to help me. Randomly called Gigi's and Lavie helped immediately. Such a pleasant online experienceShe's very kind and made the complicated process very stressful free. Cupcakes are good, but not worth the price ! $16 and change for 4 cupcakes .flavors: chocolate, cookies n cream, red velvet, and birthday cake
These cupcakes are not made the same anymore. Great variety yo choose from but the taste is not worth the prices.
Highly recommend! Customer service is always top notch. The cupcakes and cheesecakes are delicious. They also offer a vegan option and a gluten free option daily. My daughter is dairy/egg free, so it has been wonderful to find a place that offers an option for her too!
DELICIOUS!!!!!! Always come here after visiting Pogtails and Crewcuts next door for a yummy treat! Fabulous and unique cupcake creations!

Friendly service that goes above and beyond! I was out of the country and wanted to send some cupcakes to someone living in a nearby flat. It was for a birthday occasion and I wanted to plan something special. I was referred to the store manager for my special request and she gave such caring service – right from suggesting flavors/toppings, getting balloons and down to delivering the cupcakes to the recipient herself on very short notice. Highly recommend!
