9-stars!I want to say that the food here is delicious, but I can't get the words out past all the delicious food I have to shovel into my mouth... Yum! But, don't just look at all the pictures I'm posting, of the food I have to enjoy, come out and get some food yourself, and bring along your appetite, because you're going to want it.p.s.-the chairs are very comfortable, too.
Went here for my wife’s birthday. Despite reservations we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Service was incredibly slow throughout. There was a woman vaping at the table next to us. The other table next to us had a woman on the phone (both video and chat). Music overhead was on a SERIUS channel with a DJ interrupting after every song. The poor service and dining experience brings down the good food to a point that I can no longer recommend this place. Kudos to the kitchen staff but poor marks for management to allow another restaurant to fail at this location.
The atmosphere is nice, food was average and very over-priced. Appetizers were basic, heavily breaded fried cheese and heavily fried seafood pieces. The seafood/lobster flavor was overpowered by the coating. The Fratelli's salad was okay, not anything special, too much dressing, and way too big for one person. The waiter should have told us to order 1-2 and split among the 4 of us. We added the steak which had no flavor and was tough.
We had a great experience! The food was great, the service was even better. Lindsay was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! Every employee we interacted with was so kind, but Lindsay really went above and beyond!The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the chicken parm was great as well. Everything from the appetizer, to the wine, to the salad was delicious!
Can I say unbelievably delicious ?!!! My friend and I were in town for a conference, but we will be back with our husbands to enjoy another beautiful dinner at this lovely restaurant. The ambiance, music ?, and our knowledgeable server, Chris Tollison perfected our already perfect weekend!! Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back.
My husband choose this restaurant last night as our weekly date night. He has been talking out this restaurant for a while, he picks up orders from here often for delivery. This was our first time and we enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The waiter was attentive and kind, when he noticed my husband's steak didn't come out as order he immediately offered to correct it but my husband was enjoying his meal. The food was delicious and the salad was my favorite. My husband even tried the salad and liked it. I have been looking for an Italian Restaurant that serves a good vegetable lasagna in Winston-Salem unfortunatly I haven't found one yet however the choices on this menu were amazing. I Thank you so much for making our night.
Took my in-laws for dinner and 5 out of the 6 steaks were cooked to the wrong degree. For the price asked this really shouldnt be an issue messing up that much.
Not one course or experience was on point - when you leave a restaurant haven paid $ 150 for a couple, you should not be pissed off. The reservation staff was rude, the bartender was amazing and the bright spot. My appetizer never arrived - after three requests, came cold. When you pay market price for an entree, should be cooked to perfection - sent back once and still came back rare - ran out of potatoes and then ran out mashed potatoes - a steakhouse should have potatoes! While my salad was cold, the rest was room temprature. Then they would not split the party checks - only four checks - will not return..two visits in one - first and last...if you don;t force a tip then maybe the service will be decent
Overall great experience from the food to stellar service. The New York strip was well seasoned along with the potatoes. I absolutely loved the Fratellis salad. I will definitely return.
The most delicious experience was had at Fratellis Italian Steakhouse tonight. I can say that I ate the best 4 cheese risotto tonight with spinach and mushrooms under eggplant parmesan. It was hands down one of the best dishes I've eaten. The lobster bites are heavenly. The rolls and olive oil will transport you to Italy. I also tastes the seafood special of the nite and the bananas foster dessert that was pound cake, ice cream, rum sauce, candied pretzels, and bananas. Divine!!!!!!!
