When you consider service and being treated with love and care, you have to think of Francesco's. Brad is the world's best server and is always speedy and impeccable with timing. The food is delicious..and I've tried many dishes from the lasagna to the cheese steak to the eggplant parmesan. I love this place and can't say enough about it. We use it for employee lunches and quick pickups. Clone Brad and keep the cooks happy because they are the key to this Italian gem.

We used to love Francesco's, but our visit today was horrible! Our server was inattentive, so one of the other servers basically waited on us the entire time. The food was disappointing as well. Our steak & cheese stromboli barely had any meat in it, & it was slightly undercooked.
The Francesco's Experience (Call-in /Pick-Up Edition). I was in a salad mood and called in an order with Francesco's. First, I ordered their Friday lunch special. The Francesco's Salad with Blackened grilled Chicken comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, carrots, olives, and cucumber, and I had them add fetta cheese with the chicken on the side. Next, I asked for their house salad dressing. The individual I spoke with was pleasant while taking my order and gave me a 15 minute wait time.Upon entering the restaurant, I found it confusing to distinguish between those waiting in line or waiting to dine in. Once I provided staff with my order name, there was a wait, but I did not wait too long before leaving. Once at my location to eat, the salad was fresh and crispy. However, I did find the date on my salad dressing disturbing. I'm sure this is the particular system that helps them with something; however, to the public, I did not know if this was an expiration date, when the cook initially made it, or what. Also, the consistency was thick, so I was suspicious of its usage.I did not receive any crackers, bread, or even ask with my meal. Nevertheless, the blackened chicken tasted seasoned, and the salad was fresh and crispy. So would I go back to Francesco's? I would return to Francesco's and, when getting a salad, ask for another dressing and crackers on the side. I know we are in a new era in customer service. You have to ask and then double-check your bag before leaving restaurants these days.
If you want great pizza and Italian food this is the place to go. The only thing that would make Francesco’s better is delivery service, that really isn’t a negative though. Every time we’ve ordered and picked up our food everyone is always smiling and very upbeat. They treat you like you’re important. If you’re looking for great pizza and Italian food, stop here, you won’t be disappointed.
Nice little place with some of the best pizza and wings that I have found in Winston-Salem. Service is very good. If you are looking for a casual eatery with exceptional food, try Francesco's.
The food is good, fresh, and, good quality. The waitress was very kind and the prices are just right!
Love this place. The Food is always delicious and CHEAP. Especially when compared to other places in the area. Paying $8 for a cold burger and fries versus getting a hot one here for around the same price. You can't beat that. My wife loves the pasta.. The staff is always friendly.
Did have a good chicken Philly but changed it to a point it was not good any more. Marcos has a better one. Pizza is still good and miles better then any elizabeth pizza in town.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only a few remarks to speak of.. The veggies on the pizza wasn't baked very well. Seems like they added the veggies a few minutes before take the pizza out if the oven. So they tasted raw. Two people in our party was drinking coffee and said it was very old/strong so they asked for fresh cup so they made a new pot which was much better. Overall good. We'd go back.
