I love the vibe and the public LGBT+ support and how flexible the venue is from morning bakery to brewery at night. Visiting for a wedding this weekend but great people and good coffee; happy to support!!

First time at the coffee shop, cocktail bar. Very cool place. I'll definitely be back.

This place has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, cool art, and great coffee! The nitro cold brew is awesome. Highly recommend.

Our high school reunion was hosted at this venue and it was an incredible experience. The staff at Footnote were professional and friendly and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had everything we needed. This was our first experience there and we will definitely return. Footnote is a star in the crown of downtown Winston-Salem!

Excellent experience here. Our friends had their wedding reception here and the staff were top notch and on point. All of the drinks were great, The house old fashion was amazing highly recommended!

Love this spot! Great for small meetups. You can go to Bookmarks for books. Come to footnotes and order dinner. Then you can get dessert and drinks from footnotes. Perfect evening.

Overall, it’s a okay spot. I do recommend it for studying/relaxing. The tables were wobbly which sucked. The front lady working was really rude to me.It was my first time here and I explained that to her and she had no patience for me. She gave me my food I said “Thank you” and she just walked off and as I turn around she’s laughing. How disrespectful! I enjoyed the scene but that incident made me uncomfortable.

Wonderful food and Jazz band on Mondays. Fun!

Cute little gem tucked away in a little alley. Nice place to come and unwind with a cup of coffee or nice cocktail, people watch or bring your laptop and work. They have an adjacent bookstore that is definitely worth checking out as well.

One of my favorite places to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. They have lots of space and plugs on most of the walls. Drip coffee is self serve which I enjoy. Great music and vibe inside as well (string lights, art gallery etc). I love how whenever I finish up for the day I can order a beer from the bar and transition to post-work.
