This was the first time we ate at a Five Guys Restaurant. It was absolutely amazing food. And the staff was extremely nice.
Great good, but overpriced! $30 for double cheeseburger fries and a drink. However I did order a small strawberry shake. That drove the price over the top.
Great front counter staff. The man and lady that I interacted with with great. Always love the food. Great experience for sure. Will definitely be going back soon.
I love these burgers more than any other place I've been to so far in life! I had the Cajun fries for the first time and loved them! Food is so fresh and delicious! Well worth the prices!!
I have been going to five guys since the late 90s I grew up in Springfield Virginia right next to Alexandria Virginia! The relevance is this is where five guys started great burgers great fries. Last night my wife went to pick us up a few burgers for my kids and myself disgusting the worst Burger that I have ever seen! Needless to say I didn't eat the burger I threw it in the trash and it's with a heavy hand on my heart I will not be back to eat at five guys ever. It seems like quality control at all of these restaurants has gone downhill you spend $50 on three burgers and two large fries and you get food that isn't fit for a dog! I think I'll just stay at home and prepare my own meals from now on since the quality everywhere have gone down but prices have skyrocketed! LMMFAO
Worst Five Guys I’ve ever had. $34.11 for 2 burgers, 1 FF, 2 sodas. Burgers were cold, the one with green peppers had literally 4 tiny green peppers on it. If this was my first Five Guys experience, I would never go to one again. It was not even remotely good. ?♀️
First time visiting any Five Guys facility. Took a minute to get the hang of ordering burgers, then added on a large fry. Watched them quickly make the burgers and package them up. They moved the bag over next to the fries. That person filled the large cup with the fries from the warmer, the next batch came out of the fryer, awesome and fresh! Now the bad part, they scooped out a large scoop of fresh greasy fries and dumped them into the bag over everything. I looked in the bag in total disbelief, “why would dump them in the bag and cover everything in grease?” The response was “thats the way it works”. I’m not one to purposely get all nasty when eating, no choice now! Asked the manager, he said “thats what corporate wants” I told him it was nasty, he said “thats what you ordered.” I didn’t see any sign showing that was the plan or the way it was done. Fries were soggy, burgers were really good. Very disappointed, probably never returning.
This place has excellent food and that is the only reason it got three stars. We went to get food before the Wake Forest game and they totally screwed up our food and it's kind of expensive to be so completely wrong. We didn't have time to go in and have them remake everything because we would have been late for the game so three stars cuz the food is good but nobody pays attention and puts the wrong stuff on your burger it makes for some unhappy kids and then unhappy parents of course.
The food was good, but the prices r crazy. There is absolutely no reason for a buyer to cost 11 or 12 dollers, shortage or not. To many restaurants r using the shortage as a excuse to price gouge the products on their menu.
great food! great atmosphere!
