$10 a burger, very long wait BUT if you know five guys your food is cooked fresh to order. They have a pretty good crew in there right now so things are running smoothly.
The food was great, fresh ingredients, ample portions. Food is on the expensive side, store was very clean, service was quick.
Took my daughters here on a date last night - their first 5 Guys experience. They LOVED getting an entire bag full of fries! We topped things off with a delicious Oreo milkshake. I hadn't been here in several years and my burger just wasn't quite what I remembered. It was a little on the dry side, though the fries were hot and delicious.I also docked a star due to the fact that last night I went on a date with my 7 & 5 year old daughters that ended up costing $36 (!!!). Hard to justify going back based on the price alone but they did love the experience. The peanuts are a nice touch as well.
Place was clean and the staff was very nice. The food was good not great very over priced. We had two burgers, two drinks and shared fries $35 later. We continue to visit cause it’s close to home but I think next time we will just keep driving downtown and have a better meal. ?

Maybe it's just that every time I come in I ask for a lettuce wrap or what. But This Five Guys disappoints me the most. I have come in and waited 30 minutes on an order after watching everyone else get their food who came after me. The burger is somehow always missing something.

Decent food, but grossly overpriced. 4 burgers, 2 drinks, 1 order of fries. $55.00We have paid less for steak dinner.Establishment was clean and staff was friendly, but we probably won’t be returning.
Very good customer service. Food is made to order and there are plenty of add ons to choose from. I especially appreciate that you can ask for your french fries to be made crispy and they come out perfect...bonus points because the staff remembers every time I visit.
So I thought the prices were a little high but figured I would give it a try.The food was definitely good don't know if it was worth the price. But But I really don't get is how they can ask for a tip.I mean its counter service right and they're charging a lot right. Not only that but if you're gonna ask for a tip then you should be very proactive in your customer service. This place was definitely not.
